여태 방문했던 숙소 중 최악. 1. 너무 좁아서 움직일 수가 없고, 짐을 모두 침대에 올려놔야 함 2. 창문이 없어서 환기가 전혀 안됨 3. 습기가 빠져나가지 않아서 반지하의 꾸리꾸리한 냄새

Dont book on this place. This is self check in which is good, the cleaners dont even clean before your arrival. My experience was so bad my allergies from dirty carpet and bed got so bad. And mind you the bathroom is nice, not cleaned and the smell is like sewage. The whole room I lost alot of money on this place just to be told on the first day i cannot get refunded. Dont get me wrong the location wise is good, its just the place is dirty and getting my refund, was not an option at that time. The agent available didnt even really help me until i decided to move out then she start talking about cleaning. Kind a too late you know. Taipei is beautiful and the people are nice but there are some that i think as a foreigner, you would want them back and support your business, but this i will say big NO. There are other hotel or hostel that are more nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay in Taipei Beauty resort, clean rooms, fresh sheets, and customer service was 100%.

無人受付システムなのでライン登録を事前に行わければならなかったのですが当日対応してくれて無事チェックインできました。部屋も綺麗でした。

對開車的家庭旅遊來說比較麻煩，沒有配合的停車場，住所為單行道巷口中，停車後副駕駛座人比較無法下車，後面剛好又來車逼我們快點下車，又要再繞一圈回來讓副駕駛座下車。進去第一眼看起來乾淨整潔，肉眼看起來我們選的房間是樓中樓格局，樓上兩張雙人床，可睡四個人，樓下有沙發床可睡一個人，但樓上雙人床四人睡必須把床合在一起，合在一起時才發現地上超級髒，下面比較髒，有羽毛，許多屑屑和一顆糖果，小孩還撿起來問這是什麼，樓下樓上都有電視，樓下遙控器無法正常使用，要自己去按伺服器的選台，廁所洗手台故使用要自己小心，因為打開水，馬上就被噴衣服都濕濕的，睡覺也會一直聽到抽水馬達聲音，隔音設備不好，我也會聽到隔壁的笑聲，想必其他間也會聽到我孩子的哭聲，在台北這個住宿價錢和品質，只能說一分錢一分貨。但是，這裡的優點是，當發現廁所沒水的時候，用line問老闆，老闆也是沒多久就回覆，問題可以馬上得到回覆，這裡離麥當勞，士林夜市近。在住所附近外面一段路的馬路旁也有停車格，剛好這兩天都有停車格可以停。

電視的選台很少

交通便利，整體房間整潔程度尚可，但房間長期維持陣陣菸味，衛生間更甚。

Stay away from this place! Like other Expedia reviewers mentioned, after I pre-paid for the bookings, they placed a hold of hundreds (USD$, under the name Starbeauty Hotel Taipei) in my credit card without my prior consent and awareness. They failed to rectify this after several attempts. What an unpleasant and stressful tour experience!

They can only be contacted via LINE. They asked for pre-payment via LINE but my phone could not receive the authentication code sent by my credit card. Still, they charged my card (without telling me) under the business name Starbeauty Hotel and told me it was a mistake and that it would be refunded. Arranged to pay by cash at 2:30pm on the day, arrived but no rep was there. Rang and was told that they'd cancelled my booking because I hadn't paid! Argued that they can't do that because it's a contract and we had a prior arrangement, besides, they would have charged me if I hadn't turned up. They then declined my calls. Contacted Expedia, who tried to get in touch with the property but told me the property staff couldn't communicate in English. Meanwhile, witnessed the maid wiping down everything with just the guests' white towels and stepping on the towels with her shoes to wipe the floor. It showed the level of cleanliness. After more than an hour of anxious waiting, eventually, they got a cleaning maid to accept the cash payment. I was given a room with split levels which was different to the single level quadruple room that I booked. It was adjacent to a shower next door and extremely noisy when someone used the bathroom. I complained but they refused to change the room. Overall, a very stressful experience and an unpleasant stay. Save your sanity, go book somewhere else. This property should not be listed on Expedia

英語と台湾後がわからない　日本人にとってはとても　チェックインが難しい！ 建物のにファミリーハウスという　名前が書いてないので探しにくい❗️チェックインできれば 安く　宿泊する人がいないので　気が楽！ 駅が近いので観光が楽です！寝るだけだけならオッケー👌です

老闆很親切，房間很乾淨。

I used it to go to 士林夜市. It is useful to sleep, but it was noisy midnight. But I think it was better than I imagined. I registered on LINE and was able to communicate easily.

This place is advertised as a hotel but it is NOT. It is just two level apartments with several rooms. The worst part is they do not have any employee or service desk on site, even though they said someone will be available 3:30-7:30 pm that’s not true. The customer service is horrible they do not pick up calls and don’t respond to message in time.

走道地上有頭髮，因為潮濕會被鞋底黏進房間，剛進房間浴室也有頭髮黏在牆上，所以不知道是清潔不足還是工作人員留下的，建議最好戴帽子做房務清潔。另外現場沒有接待人員，要入住前務必提前聯繫。

服務人員態度倦怠，不耐煩，服務人員感覺很像趕快掛電話打發客人。這樣能開旅店？

位置很方便就在士林捷運旁邊，附近轉角出去有一間早餐店很美也不錯吃。步行一小段路就可以到士林夜市，生活機能方便，旁邊想要買什麼東西幾乎都有，吃的完全不用擔心，星巴克、85°C、全聯、漢堡店等等的都在出去的大馬路上。 隔音還可以，會聽到隔壁微微的聲音。雖然是選禁煙房，但是有煙味，空氣中有棉絮，有落髮沒整理到。

設備有點老舊，更新後會蠻加分，附近機能真的不錯

各項我覺得都很好，服務態度也很好，但要停水沒有提前告知

櫃臺態度愛搭不理，問個電視遙控器，轉過身還一直碎碎念抱怨客人煩。
