타로코 리코 호텔스

신청(Xincheng)기차역에서 가깝고 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 급하게 기차표를 예매할 일이 있었는데 직접 같이 편의점까지 가주셔서 표 구매를 도와주셨습니다. 시설도 신식이고 세련됐고 청결도도 매우 우수합니다. 다만 조식의 메뉴 가짓수가 조금 적습니다ㅜㅜ

It's a nice property, a short distance from Xincheng railway station. Facility is clean, nicely designed & decorated. Staff is warm and helpful. We planned to visit Taroko national park but due to the earthquake from 2024/04/03 and subsequent typhoons there are extensive damages and almost all the usual POIs are closed and local transportation unavailable. The front desk went above and beyond to help us hire a car for half a day so we could at least see some sights - we're very grateful. Shortcomings are few - beds are hard (no pillow top mattress); we messaged and called for a pickup from the station but they ended up forgetting - we have to call again from our international number and the shuttle showed up soon after. Overall still a solid recommendation and when Taroko is restored we love to come back and stay longer.

We stayed to visit power plant near there. We arrived in evening but the staff was very kind and booked their restaurant for us. The room and view was nice and we liked friendly staff service. The cats were so cute! In the morning I could enjoy the walking around the coast and small temples, not so much shops but so attractive place.

Should be 4 stars. The staff are the best we ever experienced. Always caring and helpful. Providing transportation to and from the train station. We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was one of the best meals we ever had.

Nice and spacious rooms with full clear view. Nice backside garden. Friendly, caring and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast. Hope to be there again.

Insgesamt positive Erfahrung, aber eine Klimaanlage, die vom Gast weder geregelt noch abgeschaltet werden kann, ist nicht akzeptabel. Dies kann hier nur durch das Personal durchgeführt werden.

Beautiful hotel and comfortable and spacious room. However, the main attraction which is the Taroko park is completely closed because of the earthquake in April 2024. Therefore, there's not much to do in Xincheng..

Lovely staff and wonderful varied breakfast choices.

The place is quiet, clean and beautiful. The staff and the service is excellent, especially the receptionist Ivy is so helpful and considerate. Highly recommended

We were in this hotel when the big earthquake hit (epicenter about 10 miles south) and it was very scary. The hotel staff were so nice and calming and reassuring. they got right to work cleaning up all the broken stuff and checking all rooms and reassuring people. Then when it was discovered there was damage to the water tank and there would be no water in the guestrooms they found us another place to stay so we were perfectly comfortable and cared for. Vrey lovely, professional staff and very accomdating in a very scary time.

Second time on this trip with early check in not available. Staff were very helpful instructing me on ins and outs of national park access. I was impressed with breakfast and real eggs.

First time staying and the property owner was very hands on paid attention to details.

A great stay! We arrived in the evening and checked out early morning so it wasn’t a long stay but the rooms are comfortable, staff are great and the breakfast delicious. Very convenient and comfortable hotel close to Taroko
