Great! We arrived early in the morning and were able to use the pool free of charge while waiting for the rooms and we were also upgraded to large suits. Very friendly throughout.

Beautiful room, great breakfast and easy access to ferry

The front office staff were unprofessional and made the check-in and check-out process unnecessarily difficult for me.

Hotel is wonderful. The walk from the ferry across the street was a crowded pushy jumble. Was relieved to enter the beautiful, quiet hotel. Saturday barbecue buffet was great as was breakfast. A big step up from our Serengheti tent!

Hotel was fantastic. Great service, great gym. The city itself was not so much our thing. Not much todo.

The services was amazing, Emmanuel was a really good receptionist and attended to all our needs. I exceptionally loved the gym and sauna too. Dining experience was fantastic.

I booked ocean view suite but got city view so was a bit disappointed. And i was there while they hosted a number of VIPs so there was a lot of police, military and so on. And guests were being cautioned on not wearing very revealing clothes. I guess it wasnt the establishment's choice but yeah it was quite frustrating. The staff were amazing. Food, not so much

Ho prenotato questo hotel perché indicava la camera di 105 mq. Avendo necessità di spazio per sistemare i numerosi bagagli di 3 persone adulte, provenienti da un lungo viaggio, ho prenotato una doppia twin beds e un letto da aggiungere. Purtroppo arrivati in camera 1701, che era pulita e con bagno grande, mancava il terzo letto ed ho dovuto attendere oltre 40 minuti per farlo aggiungere. Un misero letto, composto da una brandina imbottita di 5 cm e un topper a fungere da materasso. Scomodissimo! Inoltre, mancava tutto per la terza persona. Dagli asciugamani alle ciabatte, quest'ultime non portate. Ho chiamato la reception e mi hanno detto di scendere ma, nonostante, le mie considerazioni, l'unica cosa che ha saputo fare l'addetta poco professionale, è stato di mandare 2 uomini provvisti di metro a misurare la stanza che, chiaramente ed a occhio nudo si vedeva che non era delle dimensioni da loro indicate ma la metà. Ritengo veramente vergognoso in un hotel 5 stelle un comportamento del genere. Infine, se non si è in grado di aggiungere un letto comodo nella tipologia di camera da me prenotata è meglio non fornire il servizio. Ho dormito malissimo e la totale mancanza di professionalità da parte dell'addetta al check-in, che all'intervento di Hotels ha negato tutto, mi porta a considerare questo hotel sicuramente di categoria inferiore

we enjoyed the stay

A glitch in Expedia’s system inadvertently caused me to double book . The hotel and Expedia where aware of this well in advance yet refused to cancel the booking and stole my money

Hyari and the fitness managers were great. The food was excellent as well as all of the food management staff. The pool and scenery was excellent. Only problem was that there was a glitch in expedia booking causing me to double book. Even though the hotel was informed in advance and contacted my Expedia to change this they refused to refund. That is dirty and the truly don't need the money that bad to do something like that.

We were very happy with our staying at the hotel. Our room was clean with a lovely wiew. Emanuel in the reception made our visit as pleasent as it could be. He was very helpful and polite.

Restaurant staff are poor for a five star property. No greeting upon arrival. Don’t show where one can sit. Acute shortage of waiters…. I had to inform staff that certain items ran out. Overall service was very poor 5/10. Great improvements needed. Didn’t see any restaurant manager or supervisor
