시내 중심이라 다소 혼잡하지만 룸 컨디션과 스텝의 친절도에 아주 만족합니다. 가격 대비 좋은 호텔이라 평가합니다.

아루샤 시내에 위치하고 있어 시내를 도보로 여행하기에 좋습니다. 건물 자체가 새로 지어진 것 같은 느낌을 주었으며, 객실은 깔끔하고 직원들의 서비스도 좋았습니다.(택시에서 객실까지 짐 운반을 도와준다거나, 해가 지고 나서 슈퍼마켓을 찾아가고자 할 때 같이 가 주는 등) 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 호텔의 위치가 사람이 많이 지나다니는 곳에 있어 드나들 때 번잡한 느낌이 있고, 그러다 보니 물건을 팔거나 투어를 홍보하려는 사람들이 쉽게 달라붙는다는 점이 피곤하게 느껴질 수 있을 것 같습니다.

Really nice and clean hotel

El desayuno era muy básico, el hotel es sucio y siempre huele a especias.

This hotel appears to be for people spending one or two nights before safari. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was pretty good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is very busy and noisy. There was a lot of construction in the area and a lot of street congestion. There is a bank a couple of blocks away with a guard for ATM withdrawal.

The staff was exceptional and I had a very comfortable stay!

The people were friendly. The free breakfast was average.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was fantastic - we were leaving before breakfast on our last day and they kindly packed us to go boxes. Highly recommend!

If you want to stay in the middle of Arusha's city center, this place is worth a look.

We had expected more. When we arrived and wanted to go to sleep the first night, we discovered that the bedsheets were not only dirty, but filthy and had to be changed. Everywhere you looked there were small things, e.g. the tablecloths in the restaurant had stains on them, and when the pizza I ordered had hair in it the waiter just raised his shoulders. We went out to explore the town, and when we came back the door to our room was wide open and no one around (I assume it didnt close properly when the room was cleaned). Luckily we were on the top floor and at the end of the hallway so nothing was missing. It also took 30 minutes in the reception and 6 different wifi codes to get the wifi working. If I am to find a positive thing then the laundry service worked and was on time and the aircondition works.

Het betreft een hotel midden in een woonwijk waar geen toeristen zijn. In de avond is het niet veilig om rond te lopen en er is niet zoveel te doen. Dus als je daar een overnachting hebt dan is het prima. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Kamer gewoon gemiddeld maar niet denderend. Eten was goed en de kok komt ook persoonlijk aan tafel om feedback op te halen en of je nog iets wilt etc.. Wat dat betreft erg flexibel.

Bedsheets had blood stains (bedbugs?) - also changing the room 2 times didnt help.

The price and th service was not good...the hotel is expensive... Thw food expensi6and npt good at all.

- Bathroom lights not working in one of the rooms - Noisy air conditioning in one of the rooms - No hot water in shower, only mildly warm - Kettle not working in one of the rooms - Broken shower head in one of the rooms - Rubbish breakfast (both dine in and takeaway) - Early checkout at 10am - Not very central - Staff unwilling to repair things, only switch your room - No bottled water in the rooms - Smoky smell - Extortionate prices for airport transfers (actual cost is 1/5 of what they quote) - Expensive for what it is 1 or 2 stars at most

Decent mid-range hotel in convenient location in city centre of Arusha…main drawbacks are inaccuracies Expedia lists for this hotel. Even with paid upgrade to Premium room, we found no hair dryer nor safe nor robes—despite Expedia listing all of those as standard with the rooms. This place is not “premier”; but it’s friendly, convenient, safe, and with decent full breakfast included.
