It's an old building, the windows don't work properly, and the furniture and furnishings are dated. But it's in a very good location near Market Village, within work distance.

Great location near the water and across the street from the mall with a food court just as a good as any night market. Friendly staff, large toom

I have stayed here in the past but had the larger balcony rooms, everything was superb. Seen they had I budget room so I figured smaller with no balcony, 2 nights no issue. The room 12 needs a lot of reno work leading onto the bathroom, the ceiling is coming down and water stains on the walls. The staff is great, their breakfast for 120 bht is very good, great location. Just didn’t like the budget room due to poor condition. Beds were fine, spacious and hot water... Just that one area that looks pretty bad.

Great staff, nice location very close to beach, spacious room, decent shower and a comfy bed. The breakfastvis great also, minimal fee.

Perfekte lage und sehr angenehm und freundlich

For the price, this lovely clean hotel was perfect. Quick short walk to the beach without having to cross any roads, cleanest hotel I’ve come across in this price range. The muslei yoghurt breakfast with banana was a work of art and the coffee hot and strong e erything morning. As usual in Thailand, the staff were absolutely lovely and we had no difficulty communicating. The pool wasn’t super convenient, but was clean refreshing and surprisingly large. Most welcome after a hot tourist day. If I am back, this is where I will book again and again

Nice and cozy hotel with lovely staff. The highest rated hotel for that kind of money in Hua hin. I forgot to visit the pool.

Very close to the beach, and to the main shopping mall. Room was clean if a bit old-fashioned. Staff were friendly although I don't like having to hand in my key every time I went out.

A fairly nice cheap hotel in a quiet ally run by a Swedish couple and their Thai staff. For the price it's a good stay even though the staff at times seem a bit confused about their service and not least attitude towards people staying there. But I would recommend it if you like nice simple clean rooms and not to much communication with the staff.

3rd stay this Soi. First this hotel. Street much quieter than when I left in 2019. Many businesses on this street are now closed; permanently or otherwise. Front desk Thai husband & wife friendly and helpful. Room was very big for the low rate. Large balcony. Big bed with soft mattress that needs to be flipped and rotated as it’s settled and sunken. In spite of not being a fan of the mattress I slept well every night. Street was very quiet day and night. Air conditioning worked excellent. Good water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. No problems with toilet. Housekeeping came in every day, stripped the bed, cleaned and supplied fresh towels. In all my travels I don’t think I have seen this. The opposite is true where the hotel begs you to use the same towel for a week. Changing my bed linens wasn’t necessary but fresh towels is very nice. The towels are a bit “dated” but fresh is the key word here. I did not eat here but food and beverage are available. For me the location and the rate make this an excellent choice. Five minute walk to the beach; ten minutes to the mall. Very easy to catch a tuk tuk or songteaw on main road for farther trips. This isn’t a fancy Hilton but it’s no hostel either. It’s in the middle and checks a lot of boxes. Recommend.

Trevligt litet guesthouse nära beachen i Hua Hin. Personligt bemötande, stort rum med balkong. Bor gärna här igen när vi kommer till Hua Hin

Bra läge nära strand och stort köpcenter, 10 min promenad till centrala Hua Hin. Enkelt och prisvärd hotell.

Jeg boede her med mine 2 drenge på 10 og 15. Typisk thai guesthouse der umiddelbart drives af en lille familie. Ligger i en stille gade 10-12 min gang fra centrum. 3 min til nærmeste familymart og tuktuks holdende 1 min fra hotellet. Du skal vælge dette sted hvis du har en afslappet holdning til tingene og ikke er pernitten. Så tag Hilton istedet og brug 4-5x så mange penge på det. Fred være med det. Men 800 kr for 4 overnatninger på et ganske fint værelse på 35 m2 med 3 separate senge, fint fungerende aircon og dejlig balkon samt en ok stor pool der deles med et par af de andre små hoteller i gaden er altså virkelig en fin deal. Og så skal man altså ikke klage over det selvfølgelig er en smule slidt det hele. Det er jo charmen ved at overnatte til de priser. Vi oplevede kun 1 gang at poolen blev brugt af andre og det er nok billedet da det var en typisk skandinavisk gade primært med ældre par som ikke dyrker pool på samme niveau som børn. Der er stille og roligt om aftenen i gaden da der ikke er nogen barer osv lige nedenfor. Var det ikke pga det faktum at jeg aldrig kommer tilbage til samme hoteller var jeg helt sikkert kommet tilbage næste gang turen går forbi Hua Hin :) til prisen får den 9 ud af 10 UDEN tvivl :)

It is a quaint little hotel. Close to the beach, a five minute walk and close to the Market village, a ten minute walk with eating establishments and plenty of shopping and even a movie theater. It is fairly quiet area.

Located on scandinavian alley, a block of smaller multi-story mom and pop hotels and hostels all integrated into one happy street. Most have affordable and delicious restaurants and cafes on street level with selection of Thai and Swedish/ German/ Nordic cuisine. Everything you could want from a hotel accommodations and area. A half block to beach, market villa right across main street with pedestrian overpass and the whole street shares a sweet pool. Really nice! I stayed on top floor of A&B hotel in a unit with tall ceiling. There is a rooftop perfect for breakfast dining, beers or sunset viewing and no one seemed to go up there. So cozy. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. And I just might. Also North Kiteschool is in the same alley if you want to give kiteboarding a go. Jared the owner/ dealer and instructor is super cool down to earth and can facilitate lessons and rental with top notch gear. DO IT! DO IT! The funnest thing you will ever do. PERIOD. Hands down. Why stay at the marriott next store for ten times the price when A&B has everything. Beach, pool, restaurant…thats it, Im booking again now…you’ll have to beat me to it👍😁
