숙소 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 수영장이 바로 앞에 있어서 너무 편했어요 시간대별로 무료 셔틀도 있어서 시내 이동이 편리했습니다.

The room was nice. same with the picture. And this hotel was quiet far from the beach but had shuttle bus(tuktuk?) running. but, had some terrible things. i booked here about 1m before check in. but after i book, the price keep going lower and lower. so i had to call hotels.com and get price guarantee. it quiet tiresome. but before check in date, the price became about 30% but this was understandable. its better to get guest. even it makes people who booked here early as a fool. but the thing that made me angry was attitude of staff to my wife. it was 09 DEC morning time. she was trying to exchange the money (just small money) but fd said exchange is not available. It is ok i understand. but my wife asked 1more time and asked it just small money (i remember it was about 5 or 10dollars). staff could say nice. but their face was like we are bothering them a lot. so i just said sorry and got out from hotel. i didnt want to ruin my trip with argueing them. i understand that exchange is not available even small money. but couldn't you speak more nice and smile? just asked twice. was it so bothering you like that? everything was good. krabi was wonderful and hotel condition was also ok. but the attitude of FD staff almost ruined our trip. I'll never stay in this hotel even i go to krabi again.

It was great place to rest and enjoy! The place, variety services was so good and above all the staffs are kind and friendly! I perfectly understood why the evaluation was so high than commodities :)). Peter, Johan, aekky, Diana and one female staff in swimming pool cafe! Includes them, I want to emphasize all staffs are nice! I will visit very soon again!

Stayed 2 nights, it is a so peaceful place as well as all staffs are sweet. Definitely I will visit this resort the next.

I booked 2 night 3days. we had such a really great time before we have been through this problem. The last day of our itinerary, we got in the lift to get ready for a swim after having a good breakfast. Then it happend. the light suddenly blacked out and stopped. i have never done this before and we are very shocked. i tried to press the emergency button but it didn't work. even there was no the SAFETY CAMERA. Can you imagine how we feel? We felt extreme fear. we stucked inside for a while. There were nothing we could do, All we could do was pray. i was sweating and shaking my hands. A few minutes passed, the alarm finally went off, hencw we had been pressing the bell untill we reach at the G floor. We expected some staffs were in front of the lift. However nobody there. they just didn't mind how it was happend. So we complained about this happen but the staff who heard our situation, seemed like as if ithappend frequently. i mean he thought nothing of it. and ask us "HOW MANY HOURS YOU STUCKED INSIDE?" Is it important how many hours? is it common sense? is this what he want to say to someone who's been through this? Comfort is important, but safety is paramount. When the elevator stops, your response seems to be insensitivity Imagine that the little child was in the situation. Whether it was a minute or two, the child would have experienced a trauma large enough to live a life of claustrophobia. I'm very disappointed with your facilities and response.

리셉션 식당 모든부분의 직원분들이 다들 너무 친절하고 3박을 하는동안 자기일처럼 신경써주고 따뜻하게 대해줘서 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 끄라비에 가게된다면 꼭 또 이용하고 싶습니다. 웰컴 풋마사지는 일정상 받지 못했으나 웰컴 칵테일도 좋았고, 조식도 마음에 들었습니다.

The hotel is really nice and new. The staffs are always kind for me and provided high qulity of services. For Anana provides free shuttle, I used to go to Ao nang and private beach in convenient. I highly recommend staying at Anana ecological.

Nice property, liked the Natural touch. Included half board with great sky view option and lively pool. Room was comfy, was also able to wash clothes for cheap. Staff is nice and the shuttle downtown is great. Recommended.

Nice hotel. Room is clean and cozy. Bed is comfortable with four pillows on the king size bed. Breakfast buffet spread is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room overlooks a range of limestone rocks so it was very scenic.

⸻ Anana was an incredible place to stay. Its location, slightly outside the main town, turned out to be perfect for us. The free transportation they provided made getting to the town and the boats easy and convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here—it was an amazing experience from start to finish. A huge thank you to all the staff for their outstanding service. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Pool lounger area needs some TLC. Lounger cushions are tired. We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and this certainly isn’t one. 4 * at best. Staff were great, breakfast too. Free hourly shuttle into Ao Nang is handy too.

Not a 5 star property. Cons: bugs in room multiple times. No high-end extras. Room was dirty and had many flaws. Pros: Really enjoyed the shuttle service provided to and from town.

Yes a peaceful and nice location, certainly in comparison to the main areas of Ao Nang, Krabi and close resorts. Not sure that building a concrete and glass monstrosity of a building on the edge of the jungle is that ecological??? The studio rooms are nice but fairly impractical, with a ridiculous platform that the bed sits on, making it difficult to get in and out of bed. A minimal provision of hanging and cupboard areas, meaning that it was impossible to unpack during our 4 day stay. The shower temperature constantly varied from hot to cold and back, meaning that obviously more water than necessary was used. The toilet paper used was so thin, that of course, more was used than would have been with a quality product. At least the staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was nice but certainly not up to 5* standards. The worst aspect was the design of the black/grey swimming pool, which was positively dangerous, with underwater walls and steps, that were not visible.

Would stay here again for two nights.

Lovely resort! Very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service to Ao Nang was great, every hour there and back. Hotel location was excellent. Front of house staff were excellent, special mention to Hassan for helping us with everything during our stay!
