중학생 딸2명과 우리부부 4명 떠난 여행 단독채로 구성 되어 있으며 생각보다 넓은객실 가끔 개미 출현이 있기는 했지만 양이 많지 않으며 생활하는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다

아오낭비치까지 10분정도 걸리는데 그중간중간 구경하며 걷기 좋았습니다. 스타벅스와 맥도날드가 가깝고 비치도가까운편 교통이나 입지가 좋았구요~ 호텔이 다 독채로되어있어서 아주 맘에들었고 묵었던 패밀리룸도 생각보다 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 다음에또이용하고싶네요!!

전체적으로 만족합니다. 택스 포함 하루 7만원 정도 했지만... 우리나라 숙박 업소들이 너무 잘되있어서 비교하긴 좀 그렇지만... 단점은 작은 개미가 방 여기저기 돌아다닙니다. 많지는 않지만 자주 목격됩니다. 좀 찝찝한 느낌이 드네요. 비치까지 걸어가는 것은 가능 합니다 10분 전후 걸립니다. 그런데 너무 더워서 송타우 타기를 추천합니다. 주위에 있는 바가 있는데 가까이 있는 한곳 음악 소리가 들립니다. 방에서 아주 작게 들리는데... 방이 어디냐에 따라 다를거라 생각 됩니다. 음악소리에 술한잔 하러 갔는데 요일별로 보여주는게 좀 틀리네요. 월요일은 노래 화요일엔 불쇼를 합니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 맥주 한잔 하면서 볼만합니다 투숙객들은 70프로 이상이 나이지긋한 분들입니다 수영장은 무척 작습니다. 6~7미터 그안에 아이들 풀도 있고요. 암튼 지불 비용을 따지면 좀 아쉽지만 아오낭 비치 쪽에서는 비용 대기 중중~중상 정도라고 생각됩니다

직원분들 가장 칭찬해드리고 싶네요 정말 잘해주시고 친절했고, 객실상태도 깨끗합니다. 아쉬운 점은 객실안으로 개미가 침투했던 것, 벽에 숨어다니는 귀여운 도마뱀 1마리, 온수가 잘 안나오는 것 3가지입니다. 이런것에 민감한 분이 아니시라면 충분히 갈만합니다.

호텔 리셉션에서 투어 예약을 하고 다시 확인도 했지만 예약이 이루어지지 않았음 직원들이 사과를 했지만 투어를 하지 못함

수영장이좀아쉬었지만..

조금 시간이 지났지만 아직까지 잊혀지지 않는것은 직원분들이 너무나 친절하다는 것입니다. 친절한 마음이 느껴지는 숙소였습니다. 수영장은 조금 작은편이었구요 저희가 묵었던 곳의 실내 인테리어는 매우 깔끔하고 현대적인 디자인 이었습니다. 지금까지 제가 태국에서 머물렀던 곳 중에서 가장 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다. (숙소자체만으로 입니다. 끄라비 자체가 교통이 불편해서 위치와 교통은 조금 불편한 감이 있습니다.)

Don’t be fooled by the name of the hotel or the setting of the pool. The rooms are a disgrace and unsecure. The first bungalow we were given had a number of issues - no safe, damp, constantly dripping sink tap and shower, couldn’t lock the door properly, stains on sheets, one outside seat which was extremely rusty. We were given 3 coat hangers between the 2 of us. We complained about the lack of safe and they said they would provide one. They provided one however anyone could just walk out with the safe and the contents as the safe wasn’t secured to anything and the staff didn’t seem to understand that this was unreasonable. We asked to be given another room which we was but again, safe wasn’t secured to anything and the window wouldn’t lock. We just decided to book somewhere else and leave and lose the money as we wouldn’t have felt safe staunv there. We were also told that the water would be off for 3 hours as there was a problem with the system. Do not book here! Hotels.com contacted the hotel for a refund and they refused, and we were given a £50 voucher by hotels.com as compensation (naturally the booking itself was much greater than this).

All concrete interior. Poor quality WiFi.

I have stayed at this resort 5 times over the past ten years and owner has never upgraded the rooms ie same mattress and pillows and now they are decrepit. I got severe skin rash from the pool towel. It’s a shame it was a great resort but I will never stay there again.

Rooms are a bit dark, ceiling lights could do with some cleaning. Bathroom fan not working so the room was a bit damp and smelling. Generally the room often smelled a bit like sewer. Entire feel was a bit run down. Outdoor area with pool and seating under roof and palm trees combined with the view was very nice.

บรรยากาศภายในรีสอร์ทร่มรื่น ต้นไม้เยอะมาก มีวิวตรงสระว่ายน้ำที่สวยย เป็นภูเขา สระว่ายน้ำมีบางส่วนที่พื้นชำรุด แต่โดยรวมโอเคดีครับ

Amazing people perfect location and the pool side view is breathtaking and relaxing

O hotel é super bem localizado e os funcionários muito atenciosos. Os quartos não são muito confortáveis devido a porta de vidro que traz muita luminosidade e falta de armário maior. Tb tivemos problema com a limpeza. Mas num geral, recomendo! Vale o custo benefício

The hotel was nice, bathroom was a little dark and difficult to get ready in and the pool definitely needs repairs but overall a good stay!

We had a deluxe mountain view room, which was really nice and spacious. The pool was nice and clean as well. Really, the only thing we didn't like about this property was the reception desk clerk at check in. Her attitude was indifferent and she appeared to be bothered by our presence and rather hostile. We found our room on Expedia and selected the most expensive from several others. When we arrived, we were told that the room was not available at the rate we were quoted on Expedia, that it was the only room available at the property and if we wanted to stay there, we could stay in the only room available, at the price they were asking upon check in. When we showed her that other rooms were actually available on several booking websites, she said they weren't really available. They were kept in reserve to resolve guest issues, such as a broken air conditioner. When we convinced her that the room we reserved on Expedia was at a lower price than she was asking, she became angry and sullen and said "very well, if you don't want breakfast". We felt unwelcome and insulted. It was true that the Expedia rate didn't include complementary breakfast, but it was the way she went about it and her visible unfriendliness, that made our stay less than it could have been. The other reception individuals and staff were genuinely friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day.

La première chambre réservée était trop petite et offrait une réelle promiscuité collée au bungalow voisin. J’ai changé pour plus isolé et plus grand moyennant un supplément de 800bath jour. Pas mal mais matelas posé à même le c lit en ciment: trop dur pour moi.
