아리나라 비치 리조트 푸껫

숙소는 너무 맘에 들었어요. 키즈클럽이나 비치 접근성 등 아주 훌륭합니다. 그런데 모기가 너무너무 많아요 ^^

It has been great, good breakfast and clean pool and facility was not bad...very near private beach was so excellent...

숙박시설위치, 주변 분위기, 가까운해변등 장점이 아주 많은곳이라고 생각됩니다. 단지 잦은 비 때문인지 pool access room의 특성때문인지 방과 침구에 습기가 많아 잠자리가 좀 불편했습니다.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold på stedet vi blev opgraderet til et værelse med privat pool. På grund af noget ombygning. Manageren var utrolig hjælpsom og virkelig serviceminded fantastisk service på stedet og sødt og rart personale

Halva hotellet var nedstängt.

The hotel is under some maintenance, but the staff were good and helped moved us, right on the beach opposite is a pharmacy and convenience store. Surrounded by restaurant and massage places

There is extensive work being done in all the communal areas and some blocks of rooms. The main pool is out of use and the others are being closed next. The walkway to the beach has all been ripped up and there is a lot of noise from the room refurbishments. On top of this the pool bar is closed and the restaurant has removed half of the menu items. It’s like they are running on basics. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I would not stop here if you want a relaxing holiday for the next few months. I understand that it needs doing (they have let the place get run down - especially the pool area) but they are now tackling too much at once. It’s like a building site. The food we had in the Beach restaurant was nice but the staff struggled to understand us and I got my starter of my main after requesting my starter 3 times. There are much better 4 star hotels in the area.

Stayed 2 years on the trot and it’s lovely, my only concern now is it seems to be catering for the Muslim community which is fine but this factors in the food for breakfast. The pool was way too warm we asked the pool attendant numerous times to chill it but came on deaf ears. The pool tiles are dated and need change ASAP as they have very sharp edges and could be a problem for young children ( to which there are many at this resort. Overall 2 and a bit resort sorry

No life or atmosphere at the resort.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Great location with plenty of cheap beach bars and plenty of great restaurants on the Main Street just outside the hotel. Will be back

The Arinara is beautiful, and the rooms and amenities are lovely, however it is starting to show its age

Rummet var lyhörd och varmt. Airconditioner var förinställd och gick inte att göra kallare. Svårt att sova då det är varmt på rummet samt lyhörd och kuddarna var hårda. Klagade på detta i receptionen, de skickade en man som kom och tittade på aircon och han sa att ge det en dag för att rummet ska bli kallt. Jag bodde där i 14 dagar och det blev aldrig kallare. Personalen vid frukosten var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var okej, ganska begränsad. Lobbyn kunde varit bättre med sköna sittplatser som soffor och fåtöljer.

Our air-conditioning unit leaked water all over our back pack and got our clothes wet. It was also very loud.

Breakfast was ok apart from having the same dishes every day, need to mix it up a bit more, especially with the nice satay food which they only served once while we were there. My room was large and clean, but a bit dated. Staff were relatively friendly and pool access room (garden view) was lovely.

We had a great stay as a family of 3… the rooms are large and clean, Lovley helpful staff and the buffet breakfast is great ( it has cereals fruit and yoghurt, French toast and pancakes and plenty of bread options, an egg station sausages and bacon ect, soup station, kids station and a rotational international menu with different county food each day, tea coffee juice ect) The hotel is family friendly with an outdoor play area and indoor ball pit for the young ones, pool table, kids club area and Lovley large pools with toddler zones. We enjoyed our stay and will 100% go back

Breakfast was very good but a little bit expensive. The hotel is good for families with kids and people that want to relax. It is quiet and located in a good area. Just one staff in the lobby area was kind of rude when I asked her about something I didn’t know.
