The employees at the reception were very friendly. When we had no idea where to go and what to do in Bangkok they let us know everything we needed to know very kindly.
We thought the lobby and the pool was quite small, but when we went up to our room it was spacious, which we liked a lot!!!
If I have another chance to go to Bangkok again I'd love to stay there again!!

저렴한 레지던스로 시내에 있다는 장점. 객실은 한국 모텔수준. 툭툭이 수쿱빗도로 까지 태워주는 서비스 가 좋았음. 큰길가지나가는데 5분이상 걸어야 할듯. 인터넷은 무료지만 너무 느림(방콕 다른 호텔보다).

레지던스지만 보통 객실은 전자렌지, 커피 포트만 있음. 사진에서처람 세탁기 취사도구 없음. 방은 오래된 편임. 저렴한 레지던스라 할인시 예약하면 가격대비 좋다고 생각됩니다. 나나 플라자 유흥가와 가까운편(5분정도). 나나역과는 10분정도거리임. 수쿰빗 거리까지 툭툭이 데려다 줄수 있습니다(15분마다). 수영장은 수영할만한 곳은 아니라고 생각됩니다

이번에 여기에서 3박했었는데 나나 BTS역이랑도 가깝고 객실도 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 다음에 방콕에 방문할 때도 여기에 올 것 같습니다^^

Conectivity with mass transportation is very good. The hotel is around Nana station and is not that far during the daytime but at night it looks kinda dangerous with few street lights.
Hiwever the hotel it self is good. People in hotel are very kind.
I would rather choose Aspen only if it is a little bit closer from the station.

이곳은 아랍인들이 많이 묵는 곳이구요..
밤에 호텔밖을 나가기가 좀 어렵습니다.
가로등도 없고 골목이라서요..
제 생각에는 관광이 목적이라면 이 곳은 비추 입니다.
카오산 로드에 사고 좋은 곳이 많다는 걸 입번에 알았습니다.

The place looked great in the photos and seemed similar to other places we’ve stayed at and enjoyed in other areas of Bangkok.
Sadly, it was not nearly as nice as the photos looked. The owner/manager should try staying at some of the competitors to understand what quality hospitality means.
“Sad” is the operative word. The staff, the conditions of the room, the guests, the pool, the breakfast, the amenities etc. all had a sad feel.
We went over to grab a coffee down the road at another serviced apartment and the vibe was vastly better. No reason Aspen couldn’t match the neighborhood’s vibes.

Very bad I don’t advise anyone to stay here bad property and staff is unhelpful and.at the begging they tried to cheat on me by giving me a poor condition room not matching the original reservation request that made by me. After arguing and fighting with them they gave the room so really bad bad service and I don’t advise anyone to stay at this property

The Photos on the Hotel web site a miles far away from the reality ! the Hotel needs urgent to have a better maintenance of the rooms.the 3rd pillow in the Cabinet was dirty ...one of the chairs in the kitchen was badly damaged ...wobbling like a "Horse" ... the bathroom hangers and other holders inside just hanging loose at the wall...the safety box wasn't attached to the wall ... I called them to fix at least that box as I feared for my passport and valuables. there is only one small Lift available for the entire hotel which take ages to "call in'' in peak times.not one window there you can open ... no fresh air ....only the AC ... which only one was working well ..the other one was just like a fan! Lots of customers are Indians , which i guess: for them this kind of Hotel is still a 4-5 Star Hotel ..but it isn't at all.Wifi and the Hotel TV sucks also .... dont forget your i pad to bring ...not really value for money there.

Lots of customers are Indians , which i guess: for them this kind of Hotel is still a 4-5 Star Hotel ..but it isn't at all.Wifi and the Hotel TV sucks also .... dont forget your i pad to bring ...not really value for money there.
