아우리코 카타 리조트 & 스파

6월17일부터 3일 머물렀어요 신생 리조트라 가격도 저렴했고 (기본룸 1박50,000정도)외국인들 후기가 좋아서 기대가 컸어요 리조트룸과 수영장은 사진과 같이 훌륭합니다 방은 두명 쓰기에 충분히 넓고 침대 탁자 옷장 및 데이베드까지 있어서 잘 사용했구요 욕실에 욕조도 있어서 수영복 빨기도 좋았고 샤워부스도 넓고 쾌적했습니다 베란다도 넓어서 빨래 널거나 하기 좋습니다 시설은 이 가격대에 매우 훌륭합니다 까타 비치까지 도보로 충분히 걸어 다닐만 하구요(성인기준) 그런데 프론트부터 호텔직원분들은 아직 미숙함이 많이 보였습니다 일단 웃지를 않아요 저는 제가 먼저 늘 인사를 했어요ㅎㅎ 눈 마주치면 웬만하면 호텔리어들은 인사를 하는데 이분들은 쌩하고 가시더라구요 뭐 바쁘면 그럴수있지요 그런데 3박동안 투숙객이 먼저 인사를 해야 눈인사라도 하드라구요^^* 그리고 카드키를 하나만 주길래 외출시 에어컨이 꺼지니깐 하나더 요구하니 잊어버리면 500바트라며 신신당부후 하나더 받았는데 하우스키퍼분이 청소하고 난후 가지고 가셨어요 메모도 없고 프론트도 모르게요 참나 프런트에 전화하니 하우스키퍼가 가지고 갔나보다 하더니 대꾸가 없어요 하나를 더 주거나 해야 하는데ㅋㅋ그래서 내려가서 카드키 하나더 달라고 했더니 그제서야 왜 없어졌는지 연락하고 무전치고 하더니 연락이 안되는지 우리보고 정말 하우스키퍼가 빼간거 맞냐고 물어봐요ㅋㅋ그럼 누가 들어오겠냐곸ㅋ우리는 늘 한갠 꽂아놓고 하나만 들고 다니는데 느낌이 잊어버리고 거짓말 하는줄 알더라구요 잊어버리면 500바트 물어야 된다고 다섯번 정도 얘기하고 카드키 하나더 주는데ㅋㅋ지들이 가져가 놓고...-.-^체크아웃할때도 방첵하려면 몇분걸리니 앞에 앉아있으라길래 마주보고 앉아있었는데 10분이 넘어도 말도 없고 뒤에 중국인은 체크아웃이 끝나서 나가길래 우리방 체크아웃 안해주냐고 하니 깜빡잊었다며 끝났으니 가래욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ으이그 손님도 우리밖에 없었는데 한소리 하려다가 기분잡치기 싫어서 나왔습니다 시설이고 뭐고 서비스교육을 많~~이 해야 하는 호텔입니다 이후에 만다라바리조트 갔더니 직원분들이 어찌나 친절하던지 그냥 몇만원 더 주더라도 만다라바에서 있을걸 후회했어요 한국인 후기가 없어서 길게 적었어요 주관적인 후기이니 참고만 하세요 아참 조식에 베이컨은 늘 금방 동나는데 왜 조금밖에 안 만드는지 궁금해요 아예 없애던가 넉넉히 준비하지 참 이상했어요 3일 조식내내 그랬어요 ㅎㅎㅎ

Ein tolles Hotel in einer etwas ruhigeren Ecke von Kata Beach. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Pool-Access und würden es wieder buchen. Der Service an der Reception war stets zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Breakfast was lovely bit noisy during the day as part of the hotel was being refurbished lovey hotel fabulous staff beautiful rooms huge comfy bed only gripe is the huge step into and out of the pool from our pool access room bit of a struggle to get out and back into your room but apart from that yep lovely staff and lovely clean hotel

Wifi was patchy in the room.

We had a short stay here of 4 nights after island hoping. On arrival this hotel tucked away off a very busy, hustle bustle road. So very convenient for shops, food, massage ...infact everything! The hotel is lovely, we was greeted and made to feel instantly welcome from the friendly staff. We had a pool access room and it was lovely. Very quiet , calm and relaxing. Beds very comfy,there was a fridge with water. The breakfast was great, plenty of options for all nationalities. They cook fresh omelette and eggs for you. My husband managed to rustle up a rough version of a english breakfast, while i was happy to have have toast , cereal and croissant. We found the whole experience in this hotel lovely. They have a beautiful resident cat in the reception too, and the staff love their cat , which was heart warming to see. This hotel couldnt be anymore central, but once you walk off the busy street into the hotel area , its very calm and quiet. And a big plus its flat , no big hills to climb. Which im glad i did my research as some hotels in this area , are up extremely STEEP HILLS...this one isnt .... Highly recommended

A great looking hotel with nice pools. The staff were lovely, our room had a comfortable bed and was really clean. Kata Walking Street Market and Kata Night Market are a few minutes away along with lots of other shops so you have access to everything you need. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are both 10 minutes walk away so you can take your pick.

Great hotel. Breakfast was good and better than most places we have been to in phuket. The pool area is quiet during the day, but busier at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for the price.

Its a neat and clean property and well laid out. Staff are very good .. from reception to HK n at restaurants. Only downside I found was use of Massage facility - they did not offer d private room to begin with and were in a hurry to start. When I insisted on a seperate room, they realised the AC was not working there. They also did not offer the use of d Sauna before or after the massage. A third party therapist, most probably, came and expected me to try switching on the AC. Only my daughter ended up using the facility and even she was not happy with the experience. The other small flaw, was the restaurant staff did not allow a take away breakfast. When I spoke to d reception, they said we have to inform 1 day before.. strange.. as most hotels around d world, let u load ur bfast in boxes n also give u a take away coffee cup. Else the quality of food in restaurant n also room service was good. The Pool n d decor around reception area were the highlights. Good value for money.. if u dont mind some fellow tourist shouting around d pool in some strange language :)

I liked the room facilities, very clean and spacious room. The price was amazing value for the high standard of the hotel. The only thing that frustrated me was the reception staff did not speak english and had to keep referring my query to one person on staff. Loved the pool and outdoor area and the breakfast, which was included in our package, was varied and yummy every day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was central to the beaches and not far from other towns. I would stay here again.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Aurico, die Lage etwas außerhalb vom Trubel war sehr gut, da es nicht so laut war. In 5 Minuten war man jedoch auf den belebten Straßen. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, es gab sehr viel Auswahl! Das Zimmer mit Poolzugang war ein Traum. Ja, vielleicht hat hier und da etwas Ablage im Bad gefehlt, aber die zwei Schritte um ins Schlafzimmer zu gehen, wo viel Platz war, ist zuzumuten. Wir sind gern nach unseren Ausflügen wieder gekommen und würden es auch zukünftig tun. Danke an das stets bemühte Team.

Erstes Zimmer musste gewechselt werden aufgrund von Ameisen Lärm durch Verbindungstür. Zimmerwechsel kein Problem. Kleiderschrank etwas klein, dafür aber sehr großes Zimmer. Reinigung des Bades lässt zu wünschen übrig. Armaturen sowie Dusche voll mit Kalk Seifenreste. Scheibe zwischen Bad und Zimmer noch dreckig von anderen Gästen (Handabdrücke). Schlauch der Dusche war undicht. Klimaanlage war auf niedrigster Stufe so laut, dass man nachts nicht schlafen konnte. Balkontüren sehr dünn, dadurch sehr hellhörig. Zimmertür ebenso sehr hellhörig. Frühstück wird schon um halb 11 abgeräumt obwohl es bis 11 geht. WLAN war zwar da, aber im Zimmer Verbindungsabbrüche, jedoch auf der Hotelanlage einwandfrei. Schmutzwäsche-Wagen wurde immer Nachts gegen 12 Uhr vom Personal lautstark über den Gang gefahren. Handtücher waren teilweise defekt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöner Pool sowie Poolbar. Fitnessraum vorhanden, aber nicht mehr. Gäste überwiegend Ostblock(Russland etc.) Rollervermietung direkt auf dem Parkplatz vom Hotel sehr freundlich und zu empfehlen.

We liked the location as it was close to lots of amenities. The pool was beautiful and well kept. The rooms were decent. The breakfast options were excellent.
