This is perfect if you need a few hours of sleep or rest and your flight is very early in the morning. I was able to get six hours of sleep before my 7 AM flight to Tokyo. The pods are very clean and comfy. The only problem is that the restrooms are on the upper floor, so you'll need to factor in a 10-minute walk.

It was really good place to stay for a 1 night stay. The problem is only the toilet cause you need to walk to common toilet in the airport, but over all it’s was a good experience.

Communication after booking was non existent until I landed in Bangkok! Then they finally replied to my message but I couldn’t open it as WiFi wouldn’t work. Luckily I got there at 01:55! Just before check in closed. Capsule was ok, lockers weren’t big enough but it did what it said on the tin, managed to get a couple hours sleep but correspondence via messaging was non existent so not the best experience

口コミにあったように受付をしてくれる女性がいて、深夜2時まで、大変親切に丁寧に教えてくれるので思ったよりも大丈夫だった。午後10時を過ぎる場合はピンナンバーを教えてくれるとの事。初めてだったので普通ステーションに宿泊しているような気分。確かに壁は薄いのだろうか私はほとんど気にならなかった。

I was very pleased staying here, my first capsule hotel experience. I would do it again, and recommend it to others. The two downsides for me were: 1. Distance to the only toilets, the public ones on another floor of the airport, about 5 mins walk away. 2. Absence of full power outlet. I normally use a CPAP machine, but I could not use it for this stay.

I couldn’t even go to my stay because I was not allowed to leave the airport on my layover. There should be a disclaimer that people coming from other areas of Thailand will not be allowed to leave the airport to access this place. The “airport” in the name is misleading.

My Room was completely spotless and chilled for me when I got there, the hostess made me feel welcome on my first night in the country. When I input my code the hostess even went around the corner so I could be sure no one was watching me. 10/10 experience would recommend

Did not use this property. I was unable to access it from my terminal as I did not have an assigned gate yet. It would have been nice to know that there were biometric measures between terminals that prevent you from returning in case you had to change areas before I booked.

Staff abandon post. I arrived to the hotel at 1 am, sign posted said “closed at 10 pm, sorry for the inconvenience.” They took my money and did not provide staff. Do Not Trust!

Easy check in, comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. Some noises here and there and a big loud fight outside my capsule at 2am were a bit disruptive but ear plugs would have helped. Overall very worth it for the price to be able to stay inside the airport.

I wish every airport had these! It’s such a great idea. Super cool pods, comfy and convenient with a lovely receptionist. Located in the basement, down the ramp next to the railway in a quiet area of an otherwise busy airport. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Le WC le plus proche se trouve à 400 mètres de la capsule. Certains qui occupaient l’étage au dessus ont trouvé la solution en pissant dans une bouteille. Il serait judicieux de mettre à la disposition des clients des réservoirs pour uriner. Par ailleurs problème d’insonorisation.
