Friendly staff, clean room, good location

수영장 두개에 괜찮음ㅋㅋ옆에 골목에 야한 언니들 엄청 서있음ㅋㅋ 방 넓고 좋았음 건조대도 있음

We stayed three nights here and it was just great! Especially the location-I could walk to the beach only in 3minutes. They offer free beach chair and great massage too. And the other side of the hotel, there are lots of restaurants, shops, bars-very exciting!!, which is called Chawheng road! The room interior was so cute and very clean. Only one thing that I was a litte disappointed with was a buffet dinner they offered. There weren't really lots of food and nothing's really special. But overall, we were satisfied with all the services. - I'd love to stay here again if I come back someday.

It is located on the Chaweng beach and there is a beautiful and clean one. It is also very close to the main entertain/shopping area. It takes only about 3-5 min on foot. It has bath tub with reasonable price and I loved it. Everything is well organized and clean. Receptionists are very kind. Don't forget to book online 'cause it's way cheaper. 第一天一早抵達蘇梅島， 跑完大佛寺和彩色廟兩個景點後， 不到中午就抵達飯店， 原本只打算寄放行李， 沒想到 11:30 前就讓我們提早入住，真的超驚喜！ 📍地點就在查汶海灘附近， 走路就能到沙灘、餐廳、按摩店和便利商店， 一樓房型還有自己的小庭院， 房內還有浴缸，度假感滿滿🌴

Nice modern rooms and bathrooms. The garden level rooms were bright and gave immediate access to the pathway leading to the beautiful gardens, pool and beach. The beds were a bit hard as were the pillows, however this is a matter of preference. The aircon was very effective in cooling down the room. We kept our bathroom door closed as there was a slight sewage smell at times. The staff were very friendly and always polite and helpful. We loved the breakfast which had an amazing variety of both European and Asian options both hot and cold. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables aswell. The only gripe was the sun lounger situation on the beach. As soon as the staff set out the loungers in the morning they were claimed by guests (towel put down) and then left unoccupied, sometimes for hours. After the first few days we realized that we weren’t going to get loungers on the beach unless we did the same. The difference with us was that we actually used them as soon as we had eaten breakfast and took our towels away when we were finished to allow others to come. The whole hotel area was clean and inviting as were the gardens. We were therefore surprised that the sun loungers were very dirty and the tables between them filthy! More care is definitely needed here. The location on the beach is excellent.

Rooms are clean and staff helpful and friendly.

Amazing staff - everyone was so friendly and lovely! Great set up with direct beach access and subbed, towels, etc. Large and enjoyable pool as well!

Nous avons séjourné de nombreuses fois dans cet hôtel . Les chambres sont rénovées. L’accès à la mer directement depuis l’hôtel est un plus . Bon petit déjeuné. Le personnel est serviable et l’irremplaçable TAN qui s’occupe de ses client est vraiment au top ! On reviendra!

We have just returned home after another wonderful month at Baan Samui Resort, and once again the experience has been absolutely superb. The fact that we have returned most years since 2018 — only missing the Covid period — probably says everything about how special this hotel is. From the location, atmosphere and facilities to the consistently warm welcome, Baan Samui continues to feel like a second home to us. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Without exception, every member of the team provides first-class service with genuine warmth and a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their friendliness and professionalism make every stay memorable. A very special mention must go to Tan, who continually goes above and beyond and is an absolute delight. Over the years, Tan and many of the staff have become more like friends than simply hotel staff, which is something very rare and very special. Thank you once again to everyone at Baan Samui for making our stay so enjoyable. We are already looking forward to returning again next year.

Breakfast was awesome. The breakfast hostess, Tan was excellent! We truly miss seeing her every morning. She brighten our day. The whole staff, especially May was so friendly and helpful. The resort is very beautiful and welcoming!

Mostly updated resort. Clean, spacious, and great pool and beach area. Awesome staff.

規模は大きくないホテルだが、スタッフの対応がよくセンタラサムイに徒歩5分くらいでいける。周りにも沢山レストラン・バーがありリッチは最高。プールも海も申し分ない。

It’s a great hotel in a great location. Great restaurants close by, beautiful beach, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, probably my only criticism of our stay was the high prices of drinks and food at their restaurant.

It is as good as any resort I've stayed in while on Thailand. Besides Bangkok, I've stayed in similar resort's in Phuket and Krabi. Everything is exactly as advertised and the staff and service are 5 star. Extremely quiet.

Pro: - Staff was amazing - Room was clean and spacious - Breach front was amazing - Pool area was good - 2 of the biggest gym was 50meters away - 5min walk to the shopping mall - Tons of eating options in the area Cons: - Water pressure was bit weak in showers
