Clean. Simple. Good air conditioning. Nice bedding. Just 150 meters walk to the beach (ask for a beach towel at the front desk). Plenty of shops and restaurants a short walk away. Very friendly staff. There is no elevator, which was not an issue for me, but may be for some people.

Solid by the beach hotel. Stayed in a smaller room but it the decor was simple with a touch of style. Most importantly they had a crib. 2min walk to the Smart bus stop. Cons: The bathroom is bright, but they could put brighter bulbs in the room.

This hotel was nothing like expected from the other reviews. The room had an overwhelmingly horrific smell of mold. It was dark, dirty and run down. The view was of another buildings window directly outside of the window. The bathroom was dirty and dark. The decor had pink lips on the walls and looked nothing like the pictures. The location of the hotel was good, right across the street and the breakfast was ok but I would NOT recommend this hotel. I expected 4 stars and I would give it a 1.

It was a very short stay only 2 nights. Had it been longer I would have preferred a sea view room. The rooms facing backwards had no view at all. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

It was a nice stay and the hotel is nice and clean. It does not have an elevator and has 4 floors. It is very close to Surin Beach which is a short walk away.

Struttura scelta esclusivamente per la vicinanza alla bellissima Surin beach. Senza ascensore, bagni al limite del decoro, illuminazione insufficiente. Il personale è in comune al bar e al ristorante e sembra che si occupino solo di quello. Lunghe attese ogni volta, senza mai un sorriso o un gesto gentile. Ma a quel prezzo in quella posizione non ci sono altre opzioni.

A very good place when all you want is to go to the beach all day. A cute little restaurant. Good food. Friendly and clever staff. Quiet area. A cozy place where you don't mind staying alone.

Nice hotel close to the beach and with in walking distance to Bang Tao Beach and numerous restaurants. Staff very eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast in the restaurant was basic and good. The coffee shop was open until late and reasonably priced. Coffee and tea is available in your room but you need to ask them to give it to you. Overall a nice place to stay and we would stay here again if we ever revisit Thailand .

The owner should look for a new business.She told me that I had to pay my room eventhough I had booked with Expedia and that my credit card expired, which was wrong. When I asked her to contact Expedia, she said that she did not have the number. Finally, she told me that I had checked out already and that I could leave. The most unpleasant experience in 30 years by far.

There is no elevator at this hotel. Carrying 35-40 kg of scuba gear and luggage up and down the stairs was not fun. We were only staying here one night - got there late and checked out early - so it fit our purpose. But, the room was small and the shower space was especially small.

Malgrés s'être trompé dans la réservation, le staff a su répondre à notre souhait. (Passage de deux lits simples à un lit double). Petite attention dans notre chambre car nous avions spécifié lune de miel. (Pétales de rose sur le lit en forme de coeurs) Peignoirs + claquettes (tres utile pour sortir à la plage) Service de petit dej un peu long et peu de choix.

Hade bokat 2 nätter på detta hotell men stannade bara en natt trots att jag redan betalat för två. Området är lugnt och det är nära ner till surin beach men hotellet lever inte upp på nått sätt. Poolen och restaurangen på taket finns inte i verkligheten och rummet va väldigt slitet. Tog en dusch när jag kom dit och dagen efter låg allt vatten kvar på golvet. Rekommenderar verkligen inte detta hotell!!

Hotel service was good and welcoming, but too bad hotel is just so-so. Room was simple, but could use better overall cleaning. Hotel is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, but area needs to be cleaned up.

Bra hotel, gode senger men hotellet trenger en oppgradering. Kort vei til stranda som er veldig fin, noe av det bedre.

Hotelli ollut hyvinkin disignhotelli, mutta nyt selvästikin ajetaan alas. Rakennustyömaa hotellin takana (uusi hotelli) jonne on huoneita ja parvekkeita jollainen huone minulla oli. Mikä oli rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Erityisen huono oli kylpyhuone; erittäin pieni suihkutila jolloin suihkun jälkeen koko kylpyhuoneen lattia oli märkä ja valaistus oli mitätön. Erityis kiitos henkilökunnalle joka oli erittäin ystävällistä kauttalinjan. Ikävä jälkimaku jäi kun lähdin eli chekkasin ulos, he pyysivät minua maksamaan keraamisen saippuapumpun mikä särkyin kun sen korkki ei ollut laitettu kiinni kunnolla (250 bath), en maksanut ja hyväksyivät se. Ps. Työstäni johtuen yövyn eri hotelleissa ympäri maailman n. 100 kertaa vuodessa, joten perspektiiviä on. Nämä hotellit maksaa työnantaja. Lomahotellit tietysti maksan itse.
