음식 종류가 별로에요. 매일 계란과 소시지만 먹습니다. 하지만 실롬이나 시암 지역이 꽉 차 있다면 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

공사 현장과 가까워서 천식이 있는 사람이 에어컨을 통해 먼지가 들어올까 걱정되었습니다.그래서 소파와 TV, 주방 싱크대가 있는 멋진 방인 더 작고 저렴한 스튜디오 룸으로 친절하게 바꿔주셨지만 침실에는 TV가 없습니다.2개의 조식 룸은 메인 호텔 조식 구역에서 혼란스럽습니다.직원들은 대부분 호텔처럼 친절하거나 참여적이지 않았고 음식은 대부분 차갑고 카푸치노나 라떼 커피는 없고 냄비에 끓이는 종류만 남았습니다.나갈 때 무시당했고 다른 호텔에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 고객 경험에 도움이 되는 사소한 것들이었습니다.리셉션 맞은편 건물에 있는 다른 조식 구역은 더 체계적이었고 직원들은 고객을 훨씬 더 잘 알고 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다.리셉션은 고객 서비스에 있어서 엉터리였고 한 젊은 여성은 매우 친절했고 다른 사람들은 그다지 참여적이지 않았습니다.6/10.

5 Star apparently um maybe 20yrs ago when built, curtains ripped & dirty air con big puddle water on tile floor I fell over hurt ankle, room not clean proper, TV smallest in the world need magnifying glass to see it, unfriendly at reception some things they advertise don't exist, gym etc. Helpful friendly kitchen/food staff, handy to yanhee hospital where I got ankle looked. Won't go back to that place.

สั่งอาหารแบบคิดเงินขึ้นมาทานที่ห้องไม่ได้ เพราะมีทัวร์มาลงกลุ่มใหญ่ ไม่สามารถทำให้แขกที่พักทานได้ ไม่มีคำขอโทษ แม่บ้านเร่งทำความสะอาดทั้งที่ยังไม่ถึงเวลาเช็คเอาท์ครับ

The hotel is perfectly located, near shops and restaurants. The facilities in the hotel were nicely maintained, new and clean. The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly making us feel welcomed. Top quality hotel, will be back!
