Die Sonnenaufgänge waren natürlich das Highlight. Das Familienzimmer war riesig, leider die Aussicht vom Restaurantgebäude versperrt..Im Badezimmer hat es nach Abfluss gerochen, ansonsten alles sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück lecker, Abendessen können wir auch empfehlen, auch preislich in Ordnung. Es gibt einen schönen Infinitypool und bequeme Liegen, aber leider keine Sonnenschirme. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Verbindung mit einem Bootsausflug sehr zu empfehlen

Beautiful view! Friendly staff

We booked Beyond Skywalk Nangshi based on its great reviews, but unfortunately the experience did not match expectations – especially considering the very high price that didn’t match the value. One star is for the room and the view, which is beautiful.The second star is for the friendliness of the staff, though unfortunately not for the service level. The hotel feels very Instagram-focused and more like a tourist attraction than a hotel prioritizing its own guests. Many non-residents visit the skywalk and access common areas, which removes any sense of calm or exclusivity. You only really feel relaxed when inside your room. At the pool the relaxation was disturbed by people using the pool purely for photo location (turned out some of them didn’t even stay at the hotel). Although the staff were kind, the service lacked structure and overview. At both dinner and breakfast there was confusion around room numbers, reservations and all-inclusive status, and information regarding menu options was often given too late. This made the experience feel unorganized. The light in the room randomly turned on in the middle of the night, waking us up. Overall, this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Thailand – and unfortunately also the worst in terms of value for money. If you mainly want the view, it’s better to visit the skywalk for an hour and then leave. This place has great potential, but as it is right now, it’s not value for the money.

Spotless room , fantastic view, lovely staff, great resort. Can not fault it. If you are thinking of going, just go! You won't be disappointed !

Vi både några nätter i ett tält på detta hotell. Rummet var både lyxigt och charmigt, men värt att veta är att det är mycket ljud runt hotellet: Trafikerad väg, byggarbetsplats, turister på skywalken och ständiga böneutrop i stora högtalare. Välj inte denna boendeform om du vill ha tyst när du sover. Förutom detta var vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse här.

Flot værelse og udsigten var det mest unikke ved stedet. Poolen var også skøn, men kvaliteten på maden og udvalget var lidt skuffende ift. hvad resten af hotellet har af standard. Personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme!

We arrived to a room that was infested with bugs. Bugs and flies on the bed, on the floor and swarming the windows. I get that this is in the mountains, but the room was swarming with flies, big to small and was not livable. When we asked for another room, they said they had none that were clean. They finally gave us an unclean room that we stayed in because there were no other options in the area at that time of night, because the area is fairly remote. I don’t recommend staying here, just visit during the day and pay to see the view. You can get better accommodations and service elsewhere.

Das Zeltzimmer ist toll aber man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es nur ein Zelt ist. Dementsprechend hört man allerlei Geräusche. Nervig wird dies dann wenn man morgens um 5:00 von den Gebetsaufrufen der nahen Moschee geweckt wird. Das Frühstück ist eher mittelmässig. Die Qualität ist in Ordnung aber die Auswahl ist sehr stark begrenzt für ein Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie. Der Service im Hotel ist sehr gut und immer freundlich.

The location is phenomenal. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is excellent. The room is great. Everything has a wow factor.

Personale di una gentilezza che non ho mai trovato in nessun posto, mi sono sentito coccolato per tutto il soggiorno. Il resort è da togliere il fiato si provano delle fortissime sensazioni di benessere e felicità. Spero vivamente un giorno di poter rivivere questa estasi di felicità
