Had an overnight stay at hotel due to early flight the next morning. The hotel is situated on what appears to be a backroad rural residential area although its minutes for the airport. Check-in was ok but it was obvious the hotel was empty and that they may have not been expecting my arrival. Once checked in, I was taken to my room which was nice to look at but you could tell it has not been used in a while, the towels were stiff, and bed linens needed to be tossed, the loft style room provided everything that we needed for our stay however there were No food options via grab or bolt in the area. The only food option that was available was provided by the hotel but.. I was hesitant to order due to what appeared to be the downstairs lounge/kitchen area smelled of urine and was filled with cats and kittens on the couch, sofa and table areas. I decided to forego their offerings and to simply snack on what I had in my over night bag. I attempted to work with the staff for a private taxi to the airport the next morning but his pricing was double of what bolt and grab’s fare to the airport. On a positive note it was a simple stay and it was interesting being on a quiet lamp lit road surrounded by tall brush, quite homes and seemingly having the place to yourself (had to turn on the lights to go up and down the stairwell). It was a taste of simplicity to end what was an amazing vacation in Thailand.

Great value for money. Staff at check-in was helpful and pleasant but zero English. Annoying thing's included: First 3 rooms had AC whine. 4th ok but remote had low batteries. Very steep stairs. Tepid bathtub water even after 5 kettles of boiling water to warm up. Woman woke me up with 5 minutes of knocking at 8am and would not go away. Then came back again apparently to deliver breakfast which I didn't order. No vegetarian food on menu.

Quick check in/check out, close to the airport, comfortable sleep, tasty coffee for the breakfast. All was good, thank you☺️

No hot water and no soundproofing. We can hear everything that is said in the neighboring rooms and I had no luck with the neighboring couple who only slept at 11:30 pm and then got up at 4:30 am to get ready before finally leave.
