청소 대단히 만족. 일반 서비스는 중간 정도

원더풀! 현지에서 절반가격으로 풀빌라로 업그레이드했습니다. 넓은공간과 프라이버시가 완벽하게 확보된 독채에서 풀빌라를 즐길수 있었습니다. 굳이 해변 나갈 필요없구요. 걸어서 피셔맨스 빌리지로 나갈수있고 그곳에서 신선한 해산물들을 즐기고, 가볍게 한잔할수도 있었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 미소로 응대해 더 기분이 좋았습니다.

코사무이에 두번째 방문 이었는데 전에 숙박했던 곳과 가격은 동일했으나 만족도는 전혀 달랐습니다. 풀빌라에 머물게 되었는데, 약간 노후한 느낌이 있었고, 모기가 많아 불편했습니다. 가장 큰 불만은 조식과 에어컨 문제 였는데요,, 밤에 에어컨 소리가 너무 커서 에어컨은 끄고 자야했습니다. 조식에서는 많이 실망했습니다...... 음식도 다양하지 않았고 맛도 별로 였습니다.. 호텔 내 모기가 많을것 같아 모기매트를 켜두었는데 청소하면서 치워버리셨더군요,,, 엑스트라 차지는 받았는데 엑스트라 베드 외에는 모든 비품이 2인만 준비되었습니다. 호텔 직원이 1인 비품을 추가 해주겠다는 말을 했음에도 불구하고그대로 였습니다. 코사무이에는 다른 좋은 호텔과 리조트가 많기 때문에 이곳은 추천하지 않습니다..

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bo Phut Hotel. The staff were amazing – so friendly, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, which really made our stay special. The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet, yet right on the beach. We stayed in a Garden Villa which was beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. Toiletries were provided and replenished daily, along with bottled water, and there were lots of thoughtful little touches that made it feel extra comfortable. The pool area was lovely and relaxing – no need to rush for sunbeds as there were always plenty available. The sunbeds themselves were super comfy, and towels were already laid out for us which was a really nice touch. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Fisherman’s Village, either along the beach or by road, which was perfect for evenings out. There’s no entertainment at the hotel, but we actually liked that as it kept things peaceful and gave us the chance to explore the area. Overall, Bo Phut Hotel is a fantastic choice for both couples and families looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning!

Staff is amazing and attentive. We stayed in the pool villa and it was incredible! Clean and quiet. The food is so good!

Wonderful stay! Pool area was great and, as standard in Thailand, the service was unmatched. Check in was very friendly, but very formal at the same time. This hotel knows how to add that extra magic touch and I couldn’t tell you exactly what it is. Rooms were beautiful and they smelled amazing! Just a perfect stay!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Resort. Es wird auf alles geachtet, ohne Aufdringlich zu sein.

The whole stay was perfect! Without hesitation the best service and kindness from staff that I’ve ever experienced.

Set er nok set mest servicemindede personale jeg nogensinde har oplevet på en rejse. Der var styr på alt fra start til slut. Hyggeligt resort, hvor du hurtigt blev en del af det, takket været personalet. De gjorde alt for at stille alle gæster tilfredse.

Pool and beach were excellent. The room was clean and the bed was huge. Breakfast was very good but we didn’t find the Thai restaurant’s prefixed dinner to be very good unfortunately.

My favorite place I stayed during my Thailand trip! Gorgeous resort. Spa was relaxing. Great location - beach access and a quick 10min walk to Fisherman’s Village. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, comfortable, and had a lot of amenities.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely resort for our 10th anniversary. The level of service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful place, great pool, comfortable room. Loved my signature massage at the spa. The location is perfect- right by the beach and close to many wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel with a perfect location at Bobhut beach near the fishermen village. Service was superb! We really appreciated the service at the pool/beach and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very flexible and gladly made special meals for our 1,5 year old. The kids pool was a bit deep for really young kids. But the hotel is at the beach so there were other possibilities to play around. Comfortable bed and baby crib! Taxi service provided by the hotel was great and the driver was fantastic, always happy, friendly and drove very carefully!

The most beautiful resort in Bo Phut. Tranquil surroundings. Wonderful staff. The rooms were super clean and our little private swimming pool was cleaned every day. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Highly recommend.

Nach den ganzen hervorragenden Bewertungen hätten wir vom Bo Phut Resort mehr erwartet. Vor der Anreise wurden wir vom Hotel mehrfach kontaktiert, um uns einen Taxitransfer für 600 Baht anzubieten. Nachdem wir gesehen haben, dass der Transfer bei Buchung über eine App wie Bolt nur etwa 300-350 Baht kostet, haben wir verzichtet. Auch vor Abreise wollte man uns wieder den teuren Transfer verkaufen. Das Zimmer (im Hauptgebäude mit Whirlpool auf dem Balkon) war groß und sauber, roch jedoch etwas muffig. Um das zu übertünchen, stellte man uns einen Duftverdampfer ins Zimmer. Der Hahn am Waschbecken hakte etwas. Das Frühstück war leider die größte Enttäuschung. Viele Sachen waren abgepackt, z.B. kleine Joghurtbecher, und nicht frisch, wie z.B. die Säfte. Auch bei den Backwaren war nicht viel Frisches dabei, es gab z.B. Toastbrot und Fertigcroissants. Alle probierten zubereiteten Speisen schmeckten fade. Kein Vergleich zu unseren anderen Hotels auf der Reise, die alle ein ausgezeichnetes, abwechslungsreiches und frisches Frühstück anboten. Der Strand ist eher durchschnittlich, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Immerhin konnte man Hotelliegen direkt am Strand benutzen und der Service war freundlich. Zum Fisherman's Village muss man ein Stück an der am Hotel vorbeiführenden Hauptstraße laufen. Dort gibt es dann eine gute Auswahl von Geschäften und Restaurants, zum Abendessen empfehlen wir aber besonders Mr. Kai Kitchen direkt an der Straße schräg gegenüber.

Service was exceptional. The pool and beach were lovely. It was our honeymoon and they made a huge effort on our arrival with petals in the bath and bedroom decorated.
