Me and my wife went for my birthday and the villa was everything!! I took one day to stay in and just enjoy the villa

Very nice villa

建物は少し古いですが二人では広すぎます。 1階ガレージ、玄関、2階リビング、ダイニング、WC、3階寝室、WC、シャワーが2か所、バスタブ1個、屋上ジャグジー。

Broken parts, shower head was at an angle so couldn’t shower properly, was so noisy at night and all hours of the morning, water turned off during the night which we weren’t aware of

Amazing villa

Bukit Pool Villas was a nice stay for me and my husband. We were there for 4 days and we enjoyed it. We got the private pool villa and it was nice and spacious. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one half bath, a huge kitchen and living room and was overall nice. We were disappointed because prior to booking, we were told that the hot tub had HOT water but when we arrived, the staff told us it only has cold water. We tried getting in but it was hard to enjoy because the water was freezing. The hill that it sits on is pretty steep so if you’re walking beware of that. The property could use some minor upgrades but other than that it was nice and we’d stay again.

Very good price and nice property. Excellent check in progress. Very convenient to food and massage and tops store. Very quiet environment. Very helpful staff. Walkable to Patong beach. Some improvement needed on lights needed for jaz pool. Bath tub no water and tv in the room not working. Swimming pool some lights need to be repair. Overall, very satisfied with the property stay. Keep it up !

Need heater for the jacuzzi and the pool. Good for big group or two cables. Massive area

Worst experience ever , will not recommend this hotel for anyone. It’s a container room, gets very noisy when it rains, could not sleep. Water was leaking inside

This is a very cosy place. Smacked with all the right facilities with excellent customer service. Thumbs up

Looked fantastic in pictures! However, the upkeep in this place is not so great. This property is only 4 years old but has aged way faster because of lack of up keep. The back of the building looks like an unfinished construction site with trash and building materials everywhere. Cracks on the walls, fading paint. The villa itself is cleaned by individuals who seem to have no experience in cleaning whatsoever. The staff is nice but there policy upon check in is $20,000 BAHT cash deposit or they hold your passport. I felt skeptikal handing them my passport but I had no choice because.... who carries $20,000 cash around? Either way, the villa itself was nice but everything else was not so nice. I would not stay here again.

Very nice place. Not going to look for something else next time I am in Phuket again. Will stay there.

地方和環境不錯，villa很大，還有按摩池。 保安有點差，晚上有保安員，但仍遭爆竊，幸好我們晚睡沒事。

This property was amazing and exceeded expectations. I was worried when booking this place because i read the reviews, but they were so wrong. This place was beautiful and the staff was so nice and helpful. They cleaned the villa everyday. We rented a scooter to get around, if you walk it’s 10 min walk to Bangla road. This is also close to Karon and Kata beach by scooter or car. We really enjoyed our time here.
