수많은 리조트를 다녀봤지만 정말 감히 최고라고 말할 수 있습니다.. 마치 영화 고인돌가족에 나오는 집처럼 원시림을 느낄수 있으며 맑은 공기와 자연을 느낄 수 있습니다... 첫째날 인터넷이 되지않아 리셉션에 말씀 드리니 에그를 주셔서 편하게 썼습니다.. 직접 사장님이 나오셔서 운영하시고 정말 좋으신 분인거 같습니다 강력히 추천 합니다.. 저는 렌트카를 이용하여 다녔습니다. 뜨거운 물 잘나오며,흡잡을곳이 없습니다

The accommodation was definitely a hidden gem our host pickup us from the airport then welcome to the resort the place was magical from the room that was very big to the bathroom that was luxurious and big loved sitting out side out room just listing to natural and the water ponds around that rooms our host offering to take us anywhere at no extra cost was lovely and we had dinner at the resort that was very delicious they are good cooks with a lovely backdrop of the waterfall to top it off we were the only ones staying there the 2 night felt so lucky for what you pay it's worth alot more hightly recommend this place and would be happy to stay again

Room: very spacious room. Lovely property. Nice breakfast. A bit out of town, but worth the logistics. Staff is wonderful. Airport shuttle: Flexible with time. Picked us up at our room. Actually dropped us near the airport, at our request, so we could visit the flower festival before the airport.

Muy limpio, buena comida, la atención fue excepcional. Los alrededores son hermosos, un lugar lleno de paz, sin dejar de ser accesible. Sin duda volvería a este hotel. 20/10

Mooi gelegen, heel erg rustig, in een rustige straat. 20 minuten van het centrum. Super lief personeel en goed ontbijt.

The way everything is constructed in the middle of a jungle with artificial water falls, etc. Its a dream place

We recently got back from a 6 week trip to Thailand and Cambodia. The Burn Resort, just outside Chiang Rai, stood out as the nicest place we stayed in Northern Thailand. It is an absolute hidden gem! We stayed a couple nights at another hotel in Chiang Rai proper (convenient but meh) and then a couple nights here and so glad we did! Our villa and the grounds are gorgeous! The staff and the food were wonderful. It is a bit out of the way, so not the spot if you are short on time and want to walk to the markets and restaurants. But they are happy to help you set up day trips to the many sights in the area. Highly recommended!

We were stunned at the beauty of the property; how huge the room, bathroom, shower, and tub were; and the lovely staff and breakfast. Being a bit outside of town was very pretty and relaxing but still convenient (with a car). Unbelievable experience, particularly for they price!

Beautiful, spacious room with balcony, great breakfasts, nice nature walks. We thought the pool could have been cleaner.

If you're looking for a connection with nature and lovely accommodating staff you'll find it here. This is not the place to be if you like the hustle and bustle of a big city. We arrived here after a week in Bangkok and it was just what we needed! Staff arranged a local driver to take us to outlying Wats that are beautiful, to a pottery shop, coffee farms, etc. everyone we encountered we're most gracious.... wonderful stay!

Ok this place is super romantic although I was there with my adult daughter we both agreed it’s a fantastic honey moon spot. Trust me!

Nui is an excellent host, she goes above and beyond your expectations with transportation needs and anything else you may need. Food is excellent.

Das Resort ist auf den ersten Blick ganz schön. Das war es leider schon. Das Hotel ist Personaltechnisch total unterbesetzt. Dadurch leidet der Service, der Zustand und die Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer war an vielen Stellen dreckig und das Bad war komplett verschimmelt. Der Schimmelgeruch war in der gesamten Unterkunft verbreitet. Das geht gar nicht und hat uns fast dazu bewogen sofort wieder abzureisen. Das Frühstück ist ok. Aber maximal Asiatischer Standard. WLAN ist so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Dieses Problem würde jedoch durch einen mobilen WLAN Hotspot auf Nachfrage gelöst. Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen hier, wurden unsere Erwartungen leider nicht getroffen.

Für Gäste, die gerne etwas abseits vom Ortszentrum übernachten und Natur und Ruhe geniessen wollen, die ideale Wahl. Die lauschige Holzterrasse der Waterfront Häuschen ist ein Hammer! Besitzer und Team sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, das Anwesen in Hanglage mit dem kleinen Fluss und den Wasserfällen bezaubernd.

This was my favorite resort stay ever. The staff was amazingly helpful and sweet. Bura is a magical paradise, well suited for connecting with nature. The craftsmanship of the room was inspiring and the restuarant served us delicious thai food. We walked to the waterfall within 15 minutes, and it is still close to the airport and town. I would highly recommend the deluxe room for honeymooners.
