Very kind staff. The cleaning was not very good as the did not seem very throrough e.g. had a dead mosquito at my mirror for 2,5 weeks. I had several issues with my room and the drain and missing towels etc. but the staff tried to solve it during my stay. The location is fine if you have a scooter but a little far in walking distance otherwise. Nice pool area, good laundry service, and nice with the little café to get and ice coffee in the morning.

The pool area is wonderful with trees around it making spots of shadow throughout the day. We did not have breakfast incl. and it was not a problem. The room was very nice and clean but need a hand with a new aircon as it was dripping. Also the holder for toilet paper was broken and the one for the towel. The fridge in one of the rooms turned off when leaving the room (we had connecting rooms) as the continuing plug was broken. The veranda was absolutely wonderful! The place was quite, great with children. The staff was not great in English but super helpful. The restaurant was open until 17.00 and provided take away to enjoy in the room. The beds was super comfy. The extra bed not so much 😅. It was a short walk from a wonderful restaurant with high chairs for small children (Yellow Bistro). And a 15 min walk to the main road with lot of restaurants and a 20 ish min walk to the beach. The staff easily helps with transportation within a few minutes when you want to visit places further away. We were happy staying their compared to the price! Also there is a water park just next door.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, welche uns ein Zimmerwechsel ermöglicht haben, da wir vorher im Erdgeschoss waren, was uns nicht so zugesagt hat. Um den Wechsel zu ermöglichen gab es sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade. Das war sehr nett. Wir waren 2017 schon mal im Haus, da war es nagelneu, und ich muss sagen leider gibt es auch kleinere negative Aspekte seit damals: kostenlose Wasserflaschen gibt es nur noch in Verbindung mit einer Zimmerreinigung, fand ich persönlich unglücklich gelöst. Der Garten wird leider auch nicht mehr richtig gepflegt, teilweise sind die Treppenstufen schon mit Unkraut eingewachsen. Das ist natürlich nur ein kleiner optischer Mangel, aber da ich weiß wie schön es 2017 war, hat es mich irgendwie gestört. Aber was definitiv nicht passieren darf, ich habe in der ersten Nacht eine Kakerlake erlegen müssen (gehört in Thailand nun mal dazu, war auch die einzige die ich während des Aufenthaltes gesehen habe), trotz Dreier Reinigungen des Zimmers lag sie bei der Abreise noch an Ort und stelle.

Location is not great but a good hotel overall

I booked this hotel for four nights but only stayed two until I could get a booking somewhere else. On top of an ant infestation in my room the front desk staff were incredibly rude and purposely unhelpful. The chlorine in the pool (or whatever chemicals they are using) have me a horrible rash all over. I went to order dinner and the front desk women wouldn’t allow me to sit down and order my food. They barked at me to order and pay at the front desk and I have no idea where they were going to serve the food but it didn’t sound like it was going to be at a table and chairs with some dignity. I finally did walk upstairs the second morning to look at the “restaurant” for breakfast. It’s just a lady cooking out in the open and a bunch of haphazard tables and chairs strewn about. Flies all over the lukewarm food. I turned around and fled. And then I rented a motorbike from them and was presented with a motorbike that was falling apart, cracks and scratches everywhere. I took pictures and videos because just as I suspected when I returned it to them they tried to say that I made all the scratches and cracks. Finally got my passport back only to discover my room had an ant infestation. The ants were crawling out of the wooden bed stand. I sprayed them with bug spray and booked the next hotel I could find.

Sødt og venligt personale. Lå for os lidt langt fra stranden. Rene, pæne og istandsatte værelser.

The property itself was lovely, the pool was ideal for a dip after a hot day and it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner was very friendly as well as helpful if you required help booking an excursion - the lodgings were clean, spacious and excellent views.

The staff are extremely helpful and nice. The room was big and comfortable... However in the strong winds the balcony doors let in a loud humming noise through a gap - I am sure this could be fixed / would not be a problem in other rooms

Great hotel with friendly staff. Nothing to complain about

I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the koh lanta area. The room was cheap and spacious and met all of my boyfriend and I’s needs. The staff were very very nice especially the owner. There was good food and a nice pool, the room was very clean and there were motorbikes for rent very cheap. 10$ Canadian a day. If you are going to koh lanta I would 100% recommend staying here.

We had an excellent stay at the Chom View hotel. The staff were superb and the facilities were brilliant. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the beach and a wid range of bars and restaurants. I would definitely book again.

This is a fantastic hotel. It's easy to get to yet set off the main road so it is quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. The AC is great. I loved that we had our own front deck with lounge chairs. The staff is very kind, laid back and helpful. I came here without my children but it is great place to bring your family.

Tolle Lage super Pool schöner Garten mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr große Zimmer mit Balkon Frühstück ist okay Rollerverleih im Hotel möglich gute Fahrzeuge Gerne wieder in diesem Resort wir waren insgesamt 7 Wochen hier und hatten keine Beanstandungen.

I have just got back from an absolutely beautiful island And for this moment I don’t have the energy to talk about my experience at the hotel.... when you leave The hotel five days earlier and have to book another hotel that should tell you how I feel? Really really not happy and I certainly won’t be recommending this place absolutely disappointed and will be putting in a complaint. Best Allan
