Hotellet var under renovering vilket inte framgick av bokningen. Restaurangen var därför stängd och ingen frukost serverades. Jag upplevde hotellet som slitet och delar av hotellet luktade avlopp. Rummet var dock ganska trevligt och prisvärt med en charmig layout och en liten balkong.

This is a great place to stay. It's a pleasant walk to nightlife. A beautiful room, nice woodwork, touch of elegance. The room is made up every day. The staff are very friendly, always smiling, make you feel welcome. Also, they are always polite to guests you bring with you, if you know what I mean. I'll definitely be back.

在大街街角，旺中帶静，由於酒店招牌不明顥，建議白天必須到達，首次入住而晚上到達的，尋找非常困難，但住宿環境不錯，房間超大，設施整全，員工態度也不錯的。值得再住。

The hotel still hold his charms and the staff are excellent. The only down side is that the restaurant looks like it won't be renovated for a while and is a shame because it makes the place feels empty with not atmosphere. The rooms are great but they should start paying attention to details as it is in need of some upgrading touches.

乾淨，房間大，服務人員親切，走個8分鐘就到海灘，色情街也在附近，是性價比很高的住宿

Good guesthouse, I am satisfied with cost and enjoyment. It is located 3rd pattaya road and it is downtown, therefore especially Saturday night is noisy. There are restaurants ( local & western) , markets( local & western), pubs and massages. 10 minutes walk to walking street also beach. I wish to stay at next opportunity.

Not a great stay. The rules sheet that you are required to sign starts with Item #1 stating that "no s*x with children" is allowed at the hotel. Hard to get past that. The room was large with good WiFi, hot water shower and cold A/C.There was a lot of street noise all night long and earplugs did not help. There is an additional charge if you bring a guest back to the hotel.

Nice staff and large room. This is not a cookie cutter chain hotel. A small friendly hotel on the south side of Pattaya. The room was comfortable. It is an older hotel with real wooden floors and a nostalgic feel. I stayed as a single, but a couple or small family would feel at home here too.

A great 5-night stay from start to finish. It couldn't be in a more vibrant and central location close to EVERYTHING yet it is a pleasant oasis. Large and very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. A good variety of TV choices if you have time for such. The restaurant on the ground floor is excellent and not too expensive. I will be back...

Hotel piccolo a conduzione familiare alquanto rigida, volevano farmi firmare un modulo con tutte le regole da rispettare e le relative penali, ma mi sono rifiutato. Situato a circa 700 mt. da Walinkg street , ma portatevi i tappi per le orecchie poichè l'hotel affaccia ad angolo sulla south Pattaya. Camera grande confortevole con buon materasso , ma senza l'asciugacapelli, ed hanno dimenticato di svegliarmi per il checkout..

Had a very memorable stay ,hotel is well located can be easily described to locals when hiring a cab etc.Staff is very cooperative and helpful makes you feel comfortable and takes very good care of you.A special mention for mrs KAE on the reception desk.

Hôtel parfait, service Nikel, rien a dire a part que j'y retourne les yeux fermer.
