장점 : 규모가 크고 조용한 룸. 수영장과 조식도 좋음. 단점 : 시내에서 멀지만 셔틀이 자주 없어서 택시비 발생, 로비 직원들은 좀 덜 친절함(전화를 막 끊음) 리조트 내에서만 놀 분들, 가족단위 이용객들은 좋을 듯

일단 직원의 서비스가 형편 없습니다. 체크아웃시 호텔스 닷컴을 모르는 건지 뭔지, 이미 결제가 다 된 내용인데, 저희 카드로 다시 결제를 하겠다고 하더군요. 우린 이미 결제가 됐고 우리 영수증 까지 보여줬지만 직원의 형편 없는 영어로 의사소통이 불가능하더군요. 아침 10시까지 기다렸다가 호텔스 닷컴 한국과 겨우 연락이 닿았습니다. 그리고 직원을 바꿔줬는데도 한참이 걸리더군요. 그래도 직원은 우리가 카드로 재결제를 하지 않으면 보내줄 수 없다는 결론. 그렇게 더 질질 끌다가 본인의 수퍼바이저와 연락을 취하고는 미안하다고 하고 보내주더군요. 호텔 전체도의 관리 상태도 엉망, 객실도 뭐 별로, 위치는 정말 별로입니다. 주변에 정말 아무것도 없고 가까운 빅씨나 센탄 등을 나가려고 해도 20분은 걸립니다. 완전 별로.

태국 가옥형 단독으로 조성된 객실이라 조용하고 주방도 구비되어있어 집같은 분위기에 편안했고 호텔내에 부대시설로 이동시 자전거를 제공해줘서 편했고 조식 또한 훌륭했어요 다만 아쉬운점은 풀빌라에서 소독약 냄새가 심했고 도어락이 잘안된다는것,도심 접근성 떨어져서 교통비가 많이 든다는것, 호텔내 조경관리가 섬세하진 못하다는 점은 아쉽내요

Unsere Villa mit Pool war super und sehr gemütlich. Das Personal immer zuvorkommend. Allerdings sollte man wohl wirklich einen Mietwagen nehmen. Wir haben uns das nicht grtraut. Zweimal am Tag kann man in die Stadt gebracht werden , wenn Platz im Auto ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Aber ein großer Wermutstropfen bleibt, die Anlage ist im Dornröschenschlaf, viele Villen nicht nutzbar, es besteht ein riesiger Renovierungsstau. Schade...

They have no restaurants or bars or spa open, haven’t been informed and it was a non refundable booking. This is not ok. Bed was very hard and breakfast didn’t offer choice. So eat or starve.

Fantastic facilities, staff second to none. For the top quality of the resort.....the mattress was substandard.....I expected consistent quality. Having said that, I would go back tomorrow. A must stay if in the area.

overall I had a pleasant time here. I was there by public transport and took shuttle bus to the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful. Cleanliness could be improved since an outside tub was a bit dusty.

The stay was awesome but was unhappy with the bed as it makes so much of noise which made us uncomfortable to sleep We were forced to sleep in the side bed which was smaller than the main bed.

Stayed there with Family for two nights, three days long weekend. We booked a two Bedroom Pool Villa. The villa and property was spacious. However the property and rooms appeared to be very much aged and lacked maintenance. From loose power sockets, to hard to operate curtains and doors everything appeared to be neglected. Hedges were not trimmed, The outside shower was unusable as it was completely overgrown with weeds. Amazingly they provide a 4 plate electric stove, but no pots or pans... Mini bar is available upon request, but quite limited in choice. Restaurant prices are high. The private pool was nice, so was the sala. It would benefit from a few extra pillows. Bath linen was old and frayed. Light switches are confusing, I think we had about 20 in one of the bedrooms, that also operated the lights in outdoor area. The complimentary shuttle service to town was very welcome. With private car you have to drive ca. 20 minutes to Hua Hin. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good on the Saturday. On Sunday it was ravished and not refilled when we arrived. They were out of almost all things I liked the day before, Bacon, Ham, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit yogurt etc. Big Plus for European Dark Bread! It was unexpected! We would likely not book this resort again. It does not longer live up to past greatness.

Nice stay with free transportation to Hua Hin town. Nice breakfast!

very quiet and relaxing place. a bit far from the market but there are four shuttle bus to the huahin night market. nice breakfast.

The hotel staff was very helpful & lovely! Villa was spacious and super clean. It is a bit out of the town so we had to either take the shuttle bus or taxi to & from the Villa.

不靠海邊遠了一點距離 Night market 約20分鐘。但舒適，服務態度好。私隱度高，房間整潔清涼。早餐亦不錯款式多。私人泳池略嫌細了一點。

I have some positives and negatives. The hotel was extremely isolated and nestled 30 mins inland from any action. Which can be a pro or a con depending on the guests. There is a free shuttle bus which helps but if you require going at any time other then the 4 times they go, it is really expensive and they won’t let you organize your own taxi. The beds were horrible but the staff did their absolute best to to find us a sleepable mattress by the 4th night. The over all holiday was very tired and almost looked like it had been closed down for 10 years and just re opened but not finished. As we were there, they were working and fixing things the entire time. The staff I can’t be more greatful for. They were always friendly and extremely helpful. They loved sleeping limited English with us. Mim in the restaurant was absolutely amazing and we actually miss her. In all we had a great time once we adjusted and had to let go of a few things that could have really ruined our holiday experience.

A nice pool villa with great hospitality, all the staffs are very nice. Room service is good with affordable price. Just the breakfast is not at the 4.5star level but quite variety.
