Spindelvev rundt vinduene som så ut til å ha vært der en god stund. Hyggelig personale. Kunne gjerne hatt mer fruktutvalg på frokosten. Ellers kjempefint hotell med myke og gode senger

Resort did not even have a soap holder. Taxi from hotel to the pier was 20 baht per person. I had 2 ppl & there was another couple with us. The lady at the front desk charged 100 baht for the 4 of us because she said we had our own taxi. We should consider as sharing because we pay separate. She said unless we share with other people, then it’s 20 baht. My advise is if you go with other people, you check out separate so you don’t have to pay more for taxi. This is a scam & I will not come back to Diamond.

Problemer med å få tak i håndklær til rommet. Bestilte middag til oss og et vennepar første dagen. Vi to fikk servering etter en tim, men venneparet fikk ikke mat i det hele tatt selv om de kom og tok imot bestilling to ganger. Veldig bra frokostservering der. Standen var helt fantastisk!

Rent rum. Trevlig personal. Skönaste sängen vi haft i thailand. Bra dusch. Bra frukost. Rent på stranden. Hotellet höll efter. Gratis solstolar för hotell gästerna. Har haft lite problem med WiFi.en det har ordnat sig när vi sagt till. Är så nöjd att vi bokade till med 5 nätter

Nice staff and clean rooms, the bathrooms are a bit old tho, locations is great, just by the beach.

We stayed in a beachfront room and the view was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was great and this was definitely the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was generally okay with a reasonable selection. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The service, especially from the beach staff, was disappointing. It was quite difficult to get assistance, and when we asked questions, the responses were often very brief. At times, we did not receive help and had to manage things ourselves, regardless of the room category. This made us feel somewhat overlooked. Although the hotel informed us in advance about possible music noise (which was understandable), the main issue was noise from neighboring rooms and upstairs, particularly from people walking up and down the stairs. This made it difficult to fully relax. In addition, cleanliness in the breakfast area could be improved.

Great location. Friendly staff good rooms. Property could do with a bit of an update. Bathrooms ok but not great. The vicinity bar/restaurant ok but I got sick from the chicken burger. Definitely not fresh.

Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Läget var bra, helt ok hotell.

Nytt och Trevligt

Ok room standard and cleanliness, but service level is very poor. 4 waiters just standing by the bar on the beach, but we had to walk from the sunbed to the bar every time we wanted to order anything. The lack of management onsite seems to be the main problem, as well as very poor English skills on all staff. Tried to get a manager to give my feedback to but they rejected any interaction other than email. Would recommend to use other accommodations on Koh Samet instead of this hotel.

Standarden som forventet da vi har besøgt øen flere gange - måske en lidt bedre vandforsyning (Håndvask og Bruser)

Bra beliggenhet, rent og fint rom. God frokost. Ikke plaget av bråk fra bar ved siden av, men det må påregnes.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og fantastisk strand. Morgenmad ok. Hotellet nok af ældre dato. Meget venlig personale.
