The staff was unbelievable. The closeness to the beach was nice.

Very friendly and clean !! But you can’t swim at the beach whee it’s located . The water is pretty dirty bc of all the boasts arriving there

The value wasn’t there for the price paid for this establishment. It lacked amenities, restaurant options and the pool should have had pool side service.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. But the room was very damp, and the hotel location is not ideal. There is no view, you have to walk uphill and it is a 12 minute walk from the main village

The television is literally a prop with it's power source plugged in(very cute.)

Hidden away from all the noise of restaurants and ferries, but not to far away for walking. Room and pool were great. View was amazing. You are surrounded my cliffs and jungle. Very much recommend as some of the other places are much more expensive.

Hot water, clean bed, good breakfast included. Cave bar adjacent was playing music late, but was it ok and tasteful. Ok value. Super friendly staff.

Despite a nice enough room, pool, and location, our experience was marred by poor service at the front desk, an overpriced breakfast buffet, and delayed assistance with our bags that nearly caused us to miss our boat when we left. The Good: There are no bad locations in Railay. The room was nice enough. The shower and toilet hose worked. The pool was nice. The Bad: The lady at the front desk told us we had only booked one room when our reservation clearly said we had booked two. After multiple calls and conversations, she finally "found" the second room. The breakfast buffet is okay but overpriced. There's a better and less expensive option at the bottom of the hill on the left. We reserved help with our bags at 9 am (our boat left at 9:30), but they didn't have anyone to help until 9:15. The same lady who mixed up our reservation claimed we reserved our boat for 10 am and never took accountability for her mistakes.

Après avoir lu les divers commentaires je me suis inquiétée de l'état global de l'hôtel. Franchement c'est un endroit très agréable, il y a une petite marche à faire du bateau à l'hôtel (3 minutes) sur un chemin qui longe la mer, mini monté et vous êtes à l'accueil. L'accueil très agréable, professionnel. Prendre translate avec traduction thaï en plus de l'anglais toujours utile ! La caution est de 1000 Bahts ( vous les récupérer en partant) coffre fort à l'accueil. Piscine vieillissante aurait besoin d'être refaite mais elle est propre ( feuilles, brindilles, insectes fond partie de la végétation environnantes). Le bungalow très propre à l'intérieur, climatisation efficace et ventilateur, spartiate deux grands lits, table de chevet central, un petit frigo, bouilloire, petite armoire et petit écran plat. La salle de bain est propre. Vous êtes à 3 minutes de la rue principale où se trouve les échoppes et restaurants du coin au bout vous êtes a la plage de Railly ouest. Pour aller de l'aéroport de Krabi à l'hôtel vous avez besoin de deux transport, le premier vous le trouverez à l'aéroport ( a l'extérieur il sont souvent moins cher, vous leurs montrer le nom de votre hôtel, il savent où vous déposer), les prix vont du simple au double, j'ai payé 200 Bahts par personne pour aller au ponton d'embarcation pour le long boat qui vous emmènera à Railly Est la où est l'hôtel. Un fois déposé,vous continuez jusqu'à l'embarcadère et là vous achetez vos billets 200 Baths par personne. 😁

such a fun place

The grounds were lovely and nicely maintained. Great location. Quick walk from pier, shops and the beauty beach!! Fun seeing the monkeys come around the pool area. Staff were helpful but I was very disappointed with my room/cabin mostly because I paid a lot for it. Worth less than 1,000TBH . It was among the higher priced places I stayed and possibly the worst room. Outdated tv (no problem I didn’t need tv anyway), hard bed (common in Thailand) but the room overall was basic and cockroaches in my bathroom at night (again ok it’s Thailand) but the room didn’t feel cozy or comfortable to me.
