Reported no hot water on my first day Monday and after repeated attempts was not fixed untill Friday. Cold showers all week. Girlfreind not happy. Owner John was very apologetic. Then Saturday I stepped out of the shower with water all over the floor slipped and hit my head. Lucky I didn't need stitches. Room was good but something needs to be done about the shower at least in room 42. Had to.mop the floor with a towel. Cleaning staff are great and the guy on reception. Thursday there was no one on reception to report no hot water again although I could have phoned I guess.

Séjour très agréable mais dommage que les étages ne soient pas desservis par un ascenseur. Quand on est au troisième étage, cela n’est pas bien plaisant de devoir monter dans la chaleur les chambre qui se situent dans les étages.

Hospitality was amazing and the room was awesome. 5 star and no complaints and will be back next time I'm in Jomtien

Great hotel with wonderful staff and owner. Always a very warm welcome. The property is well maintained and very central quiet location.

Great property. Great location. Easily walkable from bus stop that comes from Bangkok airport. It is in a party area so you do hear music from outside between 8pm (ish) and 2am but it was never loud enough to bother me. Room was large like a studio apartment with microwave and refrigerator and enough dishes to fix a variety of meals. Looking forward to returning in a few months.

This is a great centrally located boutique hotel in Jomtien. The owner and staff are fantastic and do all they can to make your stay. Room was spacious and well maintained and quiet. Housekeeping great attitude and work ethic. Coffee and croissants available at reception for free.

Got up graded to a larger room on the ground floor without asking because I had chosen a room on the top floor and it doesn't have an elevator. The hotel is right in the middle of the gay quarter so bare that in mind. I probably would have gone somewhere else if I'd known. But it made no difference.

Not Good wifi

My stay at East Suites was brilliant. Great staff, great value, great location. The room I had was perfect for me. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. Noise might be an issue for some people as there's many bars nearby but the hotel offered earplugs when I was there. Also the nearby bars close somewhat early (2am) so noise was never an issue for me. I'd absolutely stay again!

It did not have elevators, no food or drink amenities. Must note that the 2 ladies in house keeping were very attentive.

the suite when had with 2 bedrooms was very nice spacious and clean. unfortunately because of bars very near its always noisy. for me impossible to sleep. most staff are very kindly. The manager was very sorry for the nois

De beste keuze van heel pattaya ik heb nog nooit zo een schoon hotel gezien een zeer lux verblijf normaal zit ik in 4 of 5 sterren hotels menig hotel kan hier nog iets van leren met namen bijna alle hotels in Thailand zijn bijna nooit schoon en dan heb je 100 euro per nacht betaald voor een goed 4 of 5 sterren hotel east suite kost maar 30 euro per nacht alleen geen ontbijt maar je kunt genoeg ontbijten in pattaya voor 200 badt buffet ik geef het hotel een dikke 10 plus
