익스플로어 코사무이 - 성인 전용 리조트 & 스파

Was way better than expected from all aspects. Kind staffs and daily program to enjoy. I liked the breakfast as well, it has explorar own atmosphere.

I stayed 2 nights deluxe suite at The Coast and I regret that I stayed only 2 nights.. The pool is exactly same as you can see the photos. Clean clear pool and nice pool bar. Lovely private beach right in front of resort. Room condition were clean enough. I like the interior and floor plan wide enough. Especially,, we enjoyed restaurant and pool bar drinks! Delicious and clean. We had lunch there too and food were good. Breakfast menu were good only except for when I ordered espresso sometimes it was not fresh pressed one and also sometime they forgot to serve. Uh... and at night you can easily hear noise from next door or rooms downstairs or upper room Idk. That was kind of annoying. But we were too exhausted to complain. However, we enjoyed all time at this resort I already expect next visit! See you soon.

리조트 관련 모든것이 완벽했습니다. 친절함,넓은수영장,조식,편의시설,바로 앞에 바닷가도 있고 전부 다 좋습니다. 꼭 금요일날엔 피셔맨스빌리지에 가세요! 리조트에서 셔틀 운영합니다(유료) 개인적으로 개인풀장보다는 공용수영장에서 노는게 훨씬 재밌네요 성인 전용이라 조용하고 평화로운 분위기에서 다들 즐기는 모습이 너무 인상 깊었습니다. 서양인 90프로 중국인 10프로 정도 되는거같아요 한국인은 저희밖에 없었어요 ㅎㅎ 허니문이였는데 덕분에 완벽하게 보냈습니다 무조건 가세요 홈페이지에 올라와있는 사진이랑 실제모습이랑 100프로 일치합니다!!!

동양인이 적고 서양인들이 많음. 주변에 볼거리가 적은게 단점. 오토바이 빌려서 피셔맨빌리지 가기엔 적당한 위치임. 성인전용이라 아이들이 없어서 조용한듯. 조식도 맛있었고, 직원들도 전부 친절함. goooood ~ ^^

Stayed at Sensimar for 4 nights in early november. First, I must mention some excellent staff members at Sensimar who provided exceptional service overall. Manager Mathieu was extremely helpful and considerate. I contemplated staying one more day at Sensimar and he immediately provided helpful information and advices. His help was what eventually led me to stay another day at Sensimar which was a good decision. Manager Randy was very professional and attentive to customer service. I was having an issue with something, he immediately stepped in, took charge of the matter as the manager, carefully listened to my situation and gave me feedback and help, resolving the matter very quickly. Soe and Zaw at the Pool Bar never failed to smile, always took care of us, provided service in the best manner as possible. We really enjoyed their hospitality. The hotel is very modern, clean, simple, and well designed. The pool was great, breakfast was solid providing diverse menu, coffee was nice, rooms were well managed with great views and balcony. The reservation was very helpful and prompt. They replied to my emails within a day meticulously covering all my inquiries thoroughly and generously. My only criticism is some staff at the check in desk. I gently made a small complaint/request which they received with frowns and since then, these 2 ladies clearly showed signs of not wanting to bother with me, sneering at me while speaking local language among themselves.

Perfect condition of a private pool. Clean and modern style room. But nothing's around this hotel. Best location for a rest but not to whom loves activities.

A wide variety of breakfast options, complemented by friendly and attentive staff, all in an excellent location.

Beach-Villa mit tollem Ausblick (kostete auch genug!), Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstücks-Bufett bietet für jeden Wunsch alles!

A beachfront hotel with no beach! The hotel is lovely, with exceptional staff, a beautiful swimming pool and a great breakfast buffet. But there is no beach, despite it presenting the hotel as beachfront. The room was comfortable but lacked any decoration..it could use a piece of artwork.

Staff are marvelous, room is very clean and the view from our villa was amazing
