가족단위보다 친구랑온다면 괜찬은호텔, 위치는 나나역까지 5분거리 걸어서 충분히갈수있음, 룸컨디션 좋음 특히 침대가 매우푹신함, 피트니스센터와 수영장은 기대하지말기를 작음, 단 이용객이없어 혼자 쓸수있음 새벽에 따뜻한 물이 잘나오지않습니다. 참고하세요!

최근에 지어진 호텔인데 저렴한 금액이라 예약해봤습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 상냥합니다. 이 부분이 이 호텔의 최대 장점이었어요. 하지만 4성급이라고 하기엔 많은 무리가 있네요. 정확히 2.5~3성급으로 보시면 될 것 같네요. 창밖엔 바로 10미터 거리에 주민이 사는 아파트 창문이 보여서 창문은 아예 못보고 커튼을 하루 종일 쳐 놓았습니다. 욕실엔 치약과 칫솔이 없고 수압은 센데 물 온도 조절을 해놔도 자꾸만 갑자기 뜨거운물이 나오거나 갑자기 차가운 물이 나오는 등 불편했습니다. 또 신축이라 깨끗할 줄 알았는데 상당히 지저분합니다. 바닥은 먼지가 굴러다니고 이불엔 약간의 핏자국이 있었습니다. 무엇보다 실망스러웠던 건 슬리퍼였어요. 일회용 슬리퍼가 아니고 앞 사람이 신던 슬리퍼가 그대로 비치된 듯 보였습니다. 슬리퍼 안쪽에 더러운 이물질도 보이고 냄새도 좋지 않아서 결국 슬리퍼를 아예 이용하지 않았어요. 통로에서 나는 소리가 바로 옆에서 생생하게 들렸고 윗방인지 옆방인지에서 나는 대화 소리도 잘 들렸습니다. 이렇게까지 자세히 후기를 남기는 이유는 이 호텔은 신축이라 제대로 된 리뷰가 없어서에요. 진짜 최대한 돈 아끼겠다면 게하로 가시고, 편안히 묵으려면 조금 돈 더 주고 다른데 가세요.

숙박 기간 중 지갑과 여권 핸드폰을 도난 당했는데 호텔측에서 많은 도움을 주어 무사히 한국에 올 수 있었습니다

Hotel was ok. Front lobby had a bad smell, pool closed early at 7pm. Room was nice but small with no balcony.

Helpful staff and good location near nightlife, restaurants, and skytrain. A short walk to NANA train stop.

Gammelt, slidt, ubehagelig område.

The hotel only take cash for the safe deposit. I landed on an early flight, my room was ready and vacant but the hotel denied letting me check in a couple hours early. No knowledge of customer service concept. The room floor was dirty, hair from other passengers and the room didn't have slippers. I called the front desk to get slippers and gave me dirty used slippers with very bad smell. The neighborhood is also the wrong one. I strongly suggest to skip this hotel.

Kind professional and respectful I appreciate the time I spent there

The hotel is in a good location central location and also there is a BTS station at top of the street. We stayed in room 509 which has a nice view into the city. The rooms were quite modern and very clean. The shower wasn’t great as the pressure and temperature kept dropping. The air con is very good. The staff were kind. The bed is the BEST it’s so soft and comfy

Nice hotell. Good breakfast. Most of staff are friendly. The one thing that was bad was the loud music that started in the middle of the night and lasted until 08.00 in the morning. Apparently from the building next door.. but it was quiet outside. The driver they got me to take me to the airport and back wad good, friendly and helpful.

I should’ve read the reviews before staying here , I experienced many of the problems listed by many others. The front desk check in lady was the worst check in experience I’ve had for a long , long time. Extremely grumpy and unnecessarily argumentative. Having a horrible check in experience made me want to leave right away - I should have. Bad, slow wifi, need to sign in multiple times a day. The hotel is an old smelly building, thin walls so you can hear everything going on in the rooms beside you.

Friendly staff and great location!

Location, friendly staff, and simply a nice place. Close to the heart of it all - but away so a good night sleep is also possible. The staff were so helpful.

The beds and pillows are amazing.

Hotel was in a perfect location, and breakfast was lovely with a great variety of items to choose from. However, I was very disappointed in our room. My partner and I stayed in the deluxe king room and the walls were covered in mold because of the constant humidity in the room. We were unable to get rid of the humid damp feeling, even with alerting the hotel, and had to sleep in damp sheets from the humidity. Maybe it was just our room, but still very unfortunate because it affected our stay. ALSO strong unpleasant smell in room We were also humiliated when we asked for help with a clogged toilet and the man laughed, took a picture, and then got angry?

Room was even more amazing in person than the pictures. Quiet, super clean and perfect with the comfort. This was the perfect stay to end my trip in Bangkok. Will definitely look to book again at a few other locations I saw they have.
