Sympas, tres bon emplacement, bungalow assez grand, les gérants tres serviable mais un peu débordés. Les lits sont vraiment pas terrible, le menage fait que si l’on demande et quand je dis menage , c faire le lit et vider les poubelles. Ils ne changent pas les serviettes, ils les replient simplement et les pose sur votre lit. De plus nous avons remarqué que le cendrier de la terrasse était vide par dessus le balcon, pas terrible pour la Mais je recommande quand car tres bon rapport qualite prix.

Unfortunately after being a return customer over the last 10 years, as a animal lover I will NOT be returning to Golden Hill due to terrible and inhumane living conditions for a very lovely and friendly dog that is locked in a cage with nothing more than its own feces. It is locked up 24/7 and it’s clearly in desperate need of the simple things all animals deserve. The cage is near the entrance to the resort and customers have to drive past a clearly frustrated and distressed dog daily that cry’s out for attention. It saddens me every time I drive past and will not be returning based on that fact alone. They also don’t clean the property very frequently as there is garbage and empty bottles of water and alcohol, full garbage cans in common areas that don’t get touched for days..

Love this place, the family are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, big, clean and good aircon. The food is good and cheap, it has a nice pool and the view of the sunset is probably the best on Phangan. I'm sure we will be back.
