It was a great stay

Great hotel, nice relaxed feeling. Very different layout with natural ‘canal’ running past all rooms. Nice swimming pool area and beautiful beach. Great breakfast in fantastic restaurant. Couldn’t fault the hotel in any way 😀😀😀

Das Hotel ist umwerfend, wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort. Das erste Mal zur Eröffnung und jetzt vier Jahre später. Die Zimmer sind umwerfend schön (Poolzugang), das Personal sehr herzlich, das Frühstück extrem lecker, frisch und man hat total viel Auswahl - von warmen bis hin zu kalten Speisen. Das rundum packet ist einfach herrlich. Wir haben uns erneut rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle und herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit- super Service- kann ich nur empfehlen !

We had such a wonderful time staying at Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak as a family with children. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly designed for a relaxing family stay. The pool areas, the beach access, and the overall atmosphere made it very enjoyable for both adults and kids. What truly made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. They were very accommodating with our family needs and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. It really felt like they genuinely cared about our experience. We created amazing family memories here, and it’s definitely a place we would love to come back to. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

Perfect hotel for a relaxing beach stay. Plenty of nice restaurants around. Best hotel in the area.

On the whole it was fantastic. If I were to pick holes in anything, the hotel is very long and can take 10 mins to walk from reception to the beach.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang, das war perfekt! Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Das Restaurant Green Mango war auch sehr gut. Am besten war die Bar am Strand zum Sonnenuntergang. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und sind dankbar dafür!

Ob Rezeption, Cleaning, Pool/Poolbar, alle Mitarbeiter sind super motiviert und wahnsinnig freundlich. Das Frühstück war perfekt und auch bei voller Auslastung oder zehn Minuten vor Schluss war immer alles da. Die Auswahl war enorm und der Kaffee / Cappuccino etc. auf Barista-Niveau. Absolute Empfehlung.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel mit direktem Strandzugang mit hoteleigene Liegen am Strand. Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war abwechsungsreich und lies keine Wünsche offen.

Semplicemente un paradiso! Avevamo la camera deluxe con pool access ed era fantastica. Tutto il soggiorno è stato favoloso, niente di negativo da dire. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, spazi perfetti dentro e fuori, sempre tutto pulito, colazione fantastica, tante attività, anche per i bambini. Piscine molto belle, spiaggia ampia e bellissima, mai affollata- Avrei tante cose da dire, ma riassumo con un grande grazie a tutto lo staff!

Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, schöner Pool. Privatstrand, jedoch konnten wir ihn wegen Qualen nicht wirklich nutzen

Frokost: dårlig rengjort bord, bra frokost Spa var bra Rommet var rent Mat på restaurant: dårlig/middels bra. Pizza var ikke stekt. Middels bra salater. Alltid god service fra personal men mat og fasiliteter rundt mat var ikke bra. Kun en restaurant.

TOP Zimmer, Personal mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend, die gesamte Anlage ist sauber, großzügig, schön eingewachsen und toll angelegt.

Our stay was excellent in every way. The pool room was absolutely worth the extra, a real treat that made the whole trip feel special, and the perfect escape when the main pool was busy. There were always plenty of beds available on the stunning, spotless beach, making it so easy to relax. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice, and the quality of the restaurant’s evening food was genuinely amazing. The staff were exceptional, always smiling, always helpful, and truly a credit to the hotel. A special shout-out to Nut and Oil, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future.

Das Hotel ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter außerordentlich freundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, der Strand war herrlich, am Morgen hatte man ihn fast ganz für sich alleine. Die Frühstücksauswahl (auch die Getränke) waren hervorragend. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ausreichend und gute Restaurants.Der vordere Pool war sehr schön ruhig, man konnte herrlich entspannen. An dem Pool in Strandnähe liegt die Poolbar und dort ist mehr los. Wir kommen wieder.
