분위기는 좋았지만, 아쉽게도 전체 시설을 둘러볼 시간이 많지 않았습니다.

Hotelnya recommended banget. Nyaman, dekat dengan restoran dan sevel, really really recommended.

Very attentive front desk agent, was given a high floor room, very good view. Worth the price as the property is located close to shops etc. Free shuttle, free snacks, very recommended! Comfy, bright, clean, spacious room with automated japanese style water closet. Will definitely return!

I was booking the hotel for my client and their very happy. the room,breakfast buffet and over all hotel interior and staff are very good. definitely will book again for my future clients

Room is clean. Nice location. However, breakfast is terrible (Not a five stars hotel grade). Worst breakfast I have ever had.

Khách sạn ok, đẹp, đồ ăn sáng ngon, hợp khẩu vị người Việt nhưng chỉ có điều khách sạn hơi xa trung tâm thành phố.

Really cool hotel with really good staff. Once my daughter pour the milk in the lobby incidentally but anyhow the staff around was really quick to clean it straight away and still put some friendly face. Hehe.. keep up good job & your detail about the hotel is awesome. Food: I am Muslim, so I eat halal food. Please provide more halal food at breakfast

I went together with my friend and booked this hotel just some hours before we touched Bangkok, thought the location will be great also the hotel that we wanted to book originally was full. So here's our review: Location: was indeed great, there're family mart and 7-11 nearby that only took 3-5 minutes walking, you wont be afraid to walk around even at 1am because there're still lot of people outside. Room: we booked a room with twin bed, the room was so small for a 5 stars hotel with an expensive price, not spacious and not recommended Facilities: the gym and swimming pool were small, there were only 1 access to go up and down with 6 elevators, didn't try the onsen because the extremely bad service from the receptionist Breakfast: there were 2 places to eat breakfast, 1 near lobby and the other one at F floor (gym & swimming pool area) and both places were small especially the one in lobby were so crowded, we chose the one at F floor (the menus in both place were kinda same), we expected some thai foods but no, they always served american breakfast menu and other asian dish, also there weren't so many varieties of foods, taste was ok, service was really bad (even some waitresses were good), we don't know but never once in our life went to 5 stars hotels and treated like this, they cleaned our empty plates up when we did not finish without even ask, they even told us when they gonna close around 30 minutes before and it was really sounded like they want us to go asap, what a joke. Services: the bell boys and (some) receptionists were good (there were some receptionists who didn't even smile at all), the onsen receptionists were extremely bad. Onsen scheduled to be close at 24.00, we once went to onsen around 10 pm because we were so tired and really need some treatments, then we asked the receptionists but they looked busy and didn't even pay attention to us, after that they told us we have to book first before 9.30 pm in such a rude way (we'll never forget about this, so funny). So we went there again the next morning to book for night treatments but then the other receptionists (they were nice) told us that no need to book first, we just have to come before 9.30 pm (something like last order time). Then we went there again at 8.30 pm and guess what... they said it was full booked, joke of the century. We were so mad so we just laughed it off and left to grab some drinks outside. Conclusion: We honestly have no idea how can this hotel got that 5 stars hotel title like... 4 or even some 3 stars hotels out there are so much better than this. expensive price, bad service and facilities you sum it up. We won't be shocked if all the staffs got no proper trainee (or even didn't get trained at all?). We really not recommend this hotel to you and suggest you to get the other 5 stars hotel, because we believe you can get the real 5 stars hotel around Bangkok with the same even lesser price. You all deserve better!

I will give 10 x 👍🏻 to this hotel for all the facilities and service.
