Please note that the resort is not suitable for disabled guests. Especially, there is no facility for
wheelchairs.
Please note that air-conditioning can only be turned during 18:00-10:00 hrs. Additionally, please note
that the power generator will be switched off every day during 16:00-18:00 hrs.
Please note that it is not recommended to travel by car/motorbike to the property as the roads can
be quite challenging to some guests. Guests are advised to use the transportation service provided
by the resort instead. Please contact the resort directly for more details of the price.
The resort provides a chargeable transfer service between the resort and Thongsala Pier, Koh
Phangan. The service is available between 08:00-21:00 hrs. Guests who wish to use the service must
contact the resort at least 1 day prior to the check-in date. Please contact the resort directly for more
details of the price.
Guests who expect to check in between 15:00-20:00 hrs. are kindly requested to inform the resort in
advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the resort directly with
the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of 1000 THB is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You
should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to a
damage inspection of the accommodation.
Cleaning service is arranged to guests in every 2 days.
Please inform Haad Khuad Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special
Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in
your confirmation.

บรรยากาศดี สงบ อาหารอร่อย ราคาไม่แพง เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนมาก แต่ทางเข้าลำบากนิดนึง ไม่เหมาะกับคนตั้งใจไปฟูลมูน เพราะไกล ทางลำบาก รอบนี้เราไปฟูลมูน เลยพักแค่ 1 คืน ถ้ามีโอกาสครั้งหน้าจะไปพักผ่อนที่นี่อีก
