Great Stay – Clean and good location The room was spacious, very clean with daily housekeeping and had a comfortable mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent—just a few steps from the beach. We also really appreciated the transfer to the ferry station with our luggage. The only downside is that breakfast isn’t offered, but there’s a restaurant just across the street with a lovely sea view. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Für den Preis erwartet man schon etwas besseres, als das was hier geboten wird. Das einzig positive ist die Lage, sehr zentral. Badezimmer war nicht sauber und hat einen unangenehmen Geruch. Überall im Zimmer hatte es Insekten und Gekkos davor. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sowie die Motivation hält sich auch sehr in Grenzen.

Clean rooms and large but the bed was rockhard so that makes the low raiting. Ok pool area. Not at the beach but by the beach.

This was such a lovely resort the location was amazing. Really comfortable bed.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad hat mit Lüftung etwas modrig gerochen, haben diese dann aber einfach nicht eingeschalten. Neuer Pool wurde eröffnet, Personal sehr freundlich. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Hafen. Viele Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung

Best possible location, nice pool, friendly staff. Excellent restaurant at the beach. The bed was unfortunately very very hard so I had difficulties to sleep. Everything else was perfect but bed is quite a major thing

We stayed at the resort as a couple for 6 nights and had booked a standard studio. Unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. The positives were: the location next to the beach and the transfer service. Just a few of our negative impressions: - There is an extremely musty/damp smell in the room... the 13 year old air conditioning only makes it worse. Questionable whether and how often it was serviced. - 2 times a day garbage is burned next door and it smells terrible. Since you can't close the windows in the bathroom, the smell wafts in. Around 5 pm it is always particularly bad, maybe it is also due to the location of our room (No. 23). - Generally very old and tasteless furnishings in the room - The shower head does not hold - Water pressure in the shower fluctuates extremely - Water temperature also fluctuates. It is either boiling hot or freezing cold. Temperature control does not work. - besides that ...You don't even want to see the ants as a point of criticism anymore - The outside staircase to the 2nd floor is without railings We complained to the service about some of the problems and they took action, but nothing changed during our stay. Only the low price and the location made the stay bearable. However, the staff were nice and the restaurant right by the sea is good value. However, the hygiene there also leaves a lot to be desired. We will definitely never come back to the "resort".

Staff gentilissimo, camere pulite e molto carine posizione ottimissima all'inizio di Sairee Beach. OTTIMO lo consiglio provate anche il loro ristorante a mio avviso uno dei migliori dell'isola

Yövyin neljä yötä bungalowissa josta oli rantaan 30metriä. Sijainti Sairee Beachin päädyssä joka rauhallisempi ja todella kaunis ranta. Kaikki palvelut kuitenkin vieressä joten sijainti täydellinen. Myös Suomalainen Koh Tao Divers aivan vieressä jos haluaa lähteä sukeltamaan, jota suosittelen. Hotellilta pystyy myös varaamaan snorklausreissuja ja lippuja lautoille lähisaarille. Ravintola rannassa jossa todella viihtyisä terassi. Ruuassa hieman parantamisen varaa. Vastaanotto erittäin ystävällinen. Suosittelen !!

Abbiamo prenotato una camera superior ed abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra per avere una camera migliore.... era sporca nel senso che entravano animali e le pareti erano scrostate. Una volta cambiata la camera tutto ok, cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni e buona pulizia. Quindi non prenotate la superior pensando al senso della parola perché non rispetta gli standard andate ad un livello superiore di camera! Sairee beach non è male ma ci sono spiagge migliori se volete stare fermi al mare, se vi piace girare è un buon punto di partenza per le barche e motorini ( attenzione abbiamo visto molte persone ferite da cadute) per girare l’isola.
