Outdoor swimming pools and restaurants are all closed. You can only play in the room and you can barely see the staff. It is difficult to contact the reception , but it is still running. Pick-up cars go regularly.

Staffs are friendly and breakfast, room and pool were great. For me, biggest problem was WiFi. It didn't work well in my room every other day. Also, Taxi was so expensive from resort to Mae haad, which was 500 Baht for one way and 800 Baht for roundtrip. Of course, there is free shuttles going to Mae haad 3 times a day, but I had to use Taxi sometimes because of the schedule. Thus, if you have to go to Mae Haad often, better look for another resort. Other than that, everything was great. I would go back to resort again.

뭐 다 필요없습니다.룸에 들어가 바다뷰를 한번 보면 입이 다물어 지지 않을 정도입니다. 수많은 호텔을 다녀봤지만 여기만큼 아름답고 자연친화적인 아웃테리어를 자랑하는 호텔은 흔치 않습니다. 최고입니다

The sea view is beautiful BUT everywhere you go there are ten's to hundreds of steps. To go from it room to the lobby you have around 200 steps and you get all sweaty and angry. The hotel location is far on the other side of the island.

This property is GORGEOUS and the location stunning and convenient for snorkeling, diving and views. I would say it’s a “must do” destination! The only caveat that I would have is that the rooms are connected by steep stairs and pathways so those with mobility issues would not be happy here unfortunately.

Great location and nature. Style is a bit out of date. Personnel was not good - on several occasions somewhat confused, generally not friendly. Of all the hotels we stayed in the last 3 weeks, the service was the worst here. I would go to a different hotel next time!

While the property’s location is excellent and it has great views, it costs too much. After a couple of nights elsewhere on the island, I felt there were much better options price wise.

The free shuttle didn’t have enough space for everyone that arrived at the pier even if we confirmed by email with the hotel prior to arrival. Check in is a mess and they take you around in big groups where you can’t hear what is said. Rooms are getting old and not very well maintained ( we had a villa in the newer section ) In the villa, there is no AC in the living room part and no curtains so it gets quite warm when sunny. The staff is sitting in the stairs watching videos on speaker phones. This is far from a 5stars, a good 3, at best.

Nydelig leilighet med to soverom. Fantastisk utsikt og fasiliteter. Mye trapper for hotellet ligger på en klippe og et stykke utenfor sentrum så taxi til fra må påregnes. Ypperlig for dykking og snorkling. Vennlig personale og god service. Frokosten var også helt grei.

O hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa. Nosso quarto tinha Uma piscina e uma varanda externa. Tudo muito lindo. Além disso, ele fica bem na parte de fazer snorkel. Excelente localização.

The view to Shark Bay was outstanding from our suite. There are 276 steps from the sea to Reception at the top. A great workout everyday. The pool area is beautiful - a small gym served me well. The property is high on a hill top w a steep walk down (or up) to the main road or villages - the property is a ways from the main villages so you’ll need taxi or hotel transport w various drop and pick-up times - the main dining room/restaurant was lovely - great food and service when we choose to dine

I loved our stay at Jamahkiri! It was so restful and peaceful after two weeks of busy tourism. The staff is unbelievably kind and generous. We used the pool, diving club, and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better scenario!

Un magnifique resort avec une vue incroyable et de belles chambres (pavillon) panoramiques, cet hôtel gagnerait en prestige et qualité si il était réservé seulement pour adulte (presence d’enfants à la piscine avec bouée et matelas gonflable) ! Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas de meilleure qualité et plus copieux !
