작지만 가격에 비해 아주 적당한 호텔 이고 조식도 다양하지는 않지만 딱 필요한 정도의 알맞는 메뉴로 구성 되어 있고 객실도 크지는 않지만 깔끔하고 가깝지는 않지만 카말라해변을 걸어서 갈수 있는 위치여서 괜찮고 위치는 큰길옆이어서 지나가는 오토바이 소리에 조금 시끄럽기는 하지만 전체적으로 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절하고 대응도 잘해 주었습니다 체크아웃할때 모르고 두고온 신발도 직원이 친절하게 가져다 주고 아주 만족 스러웠습니다 다만 전용 비치나 대규모의 리조트를 생각하신다면 추천하지 않겠습니다 작지만 깔끔하고 렌트카를 이용해서 파통도 가깝고 또 카말라에 해변을 이용하기에는 좋았습니다.

Nice hotel Friendly staff. Large room with balcony. Great pool area.A complimentary breakfast, quality could be upgraded. Curtains need washing and grout around shower needs to be redone to remove mold and mildew. Overall rating is 4 stars based on price and good location.

Horrible layout of the rooms.. the toilet is in the shower?? So the toilet/surrounding area gets wet every time someone showers. No room to open your luggages. Windows are extremely thin, you hear every car and bike driving by at night. Safe is pretty much on the ground under the night table so you need to get on your hands and knees every time you need something. No laundry in hotel Beds were comfy Hotel reception staff very kind Breakfast was pretty good

Wir hatten das „Deluxe“ Zimmer ohne Balkon neben dem Fahrtstuhlschacht. Das Zimmer liegt zur Hauptstraße und die Fenster lassen den ohrenbetäubenden Lärm ungebremst ins Zimmer. Wir konnten daher nicht schlafen. Der Fahrstuhl macht dazu laute Geräusche die man ebenfalls im Zimmer hört. Die Toilette ist in der Duschkabine. Kein Kleiderschrank. Das Wasser im Pool (auf dem Dach) war leider zu kalt, so dass wir den Strand bevorzugt haben. Vor dem Fenster im Zimmer sind Betongitter, so dass wir uns wie im Gefängnis gefühlt haben. Die drei Mitarbeiterinnen am Frühstücksbuffet haben leider nicht mit uns gesprochen und auch nicht gegrüßt oder uns verabschiedet. Hier fehlte das Lächeln was wir von anderen Hotels kennen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war aber sehr gut.

Overall very good, had a problem with AC and they fixed it right away. The breakfast was very good. The only negative was the mattress was hard and lumpy, definitely needs replacement.

Although the hotel is quiet but transportation is slightly far from city center.

Loved the property staff were helpful and friendly and very efficient when our air conditioning broke.breakfast was ok . My only problem was the glass doors to toilet znd shower i dont particularly want to see people going to the toilet

The best hotel in Kamala. Smack bang in the centre. Everything you will need/want is walking distance. The rooms are great, clean and quiet. The cleaning staff are amazing, cleaning everyday and doing a great job. All the receptionists were of great help anytime you needed them. Highly recommend, A . Will return again soon.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Loved the roof top pool. Plenty of restaurants and bars etc nearby. All staff friendly and helpful.

This is the third time I have stayed at the property and they have always been excellent. Clean comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Bon sejour dans cet hotel sympathique. La direction et le personnel sont au petit soin. Bon emplacement pres des boutiques, des lassages et de la mer.

Travelling internationally during covid was daunting, but the staff at Kamala Resotel were so helpful from the moment I made my booking until after I checked out. The hotel itself is in a great spot. The pool is blissful and the breakfast buffet had plenty of yummy options to choose from.

Smaller Hotel with great family atmosphere and the staff very knowledgeable about the Sandbox procedures. Excellent location in the heart of Kamala very close to bars,,restaurants and beach. Good value for money and we’d happily stay again. Scooter rental and laundry service next door along with 711 across the street.

A good, clean, friendly hotel. Staff were always welcoming and close to all amenities, bars and the beach.

First, the room and linen were clearn and the staffs made my room tidy every day. The breakfast was mixed with Thaifood and normal breakfast menu. This accomodation is pretty close to the beach and I could get there by little walking. The most great thing was kindness and hospitality of the staffs, who met my needs promptly. It was extremely comfortable staying, and if I visit Phuket again, I will stay in this hotel.
