정말 최고의 호텔이었어요 우선 친절함이 넘쳐 흐르고 전반적으로 시설이 깔끔했어요 3명이서 이용했는데 가장 높은 층에 배정해주셔서 룸 뷰가 환상적이었습니다~ 침대에서 일몰을 볼 수 있어요!! 자매호텔인 케이프판와 수영장과 (메인은 못 씀) 프라이빗 비치를 쓸 수 있다는 점도 좋았어요 호텔 레이트 체크아웃을 돈내고 하려고 했는데 무료로 해주었어요!! 기존 방 체크아웃 후에 다른 작은 방을 배정해주셔서 수영장 갔다가 그 방에서 씻고 조금 쉬고 나올 수 있었네요 이런 서비스가 있다니...! 아침은 방콕 호텔 조식과는 비교가 안되지만 깔끔했고 가족이랑 오기에는 정말 딱입니다. 휴식을 취하기 좋은 호텔이에요. 여러 비치 호텔을 와봤지만 친절함 때문에 가장 기억이 좋게 남는 호텔이네요.

가격대비 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 특히 주변 더큰 호텔이 Panwa 호텔과 합병으로 모든 시설을 사용할 수 있어서 더욱 좋았구요. 지원의 친절도 및 청결상태 등도 매우 훌륭하였습니다. 다만 푸켓타운 등의 이동에 불편함이 있는데, 저희를 렌트를 한 상태여서 큰 문제는 아니었습니다.

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Kantary Bay! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und haben sogar ein großartiges Upgrade bekommen – eine tolle Überraschung! Der Service war durchgehend erstklassig, und das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man spürt wirklich, dass hier Gäste mit Herz betreut werden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! 💛

My wife and I have just finished our second stay at the Kantary Bay Hotel in Cape Panwa, as usual we were thoroughly impressed by its charm, comfort, and warm hospitality. The property has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it perfect for anyone looking to unwind away from the busier parts of Phuket. Room & Facilities: The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped — more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. Having a kitchenette and a private balcony was a big plus, especially for longer stays. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout my visit. Service: The staff are exceptional — friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Every request was handled promptly, and you could genuinely feel that they cared about guest comfort, with great help at the front desk from Urai, Bow & Jingreed. Amenities & Location: Although the hotel isn’t directly on the beach, guests have free access to the private beach at its sister property, Cape Panwa Hotel, just a few minutes away via a frequent shuttle. The beach there is beautiful, clean, and never overcrowded. Back at Kantary Bay, the rooftop pool offers lovely sea views and a relaxing vibe. Dining: The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options ranging from local Thai dishes to international favourites. The onsite café and nearby seafood restaurants made dining easy and enjoyable.

The service was above and beyond. The staff became family. Breakfast is excellent and the ocean view from my 5th floor balcony unsurpassed!

Very friendly staff, egg-station with freshly made omelettes (free choice of other styles too), and access to partner hotel and beach pulls up. Hotel in need of a few strokes of paint. In the downside my room had dirty plates (self-catering unit), the a-tips had been used, and the sound proofing was non-existent. Staff quickly fixed the cleaning issues and offered a souvenir tee as an extra apology.

Had the best sunset views, very quiet part of Phuket. Spacious suite with kitchenette and laundry was really helpful.

Det bästa stället i Thailand om man vill ha en lugn och skön semester! Personalen är jättetrevliga och får en alltid att känna sig välkommen, alla ifrån de i receptionen till de som städar, jobbar i trädgården eller bär väskor. De är alla verkligen så glada och hjälpsamma! Bra frukost, rena och fina rum, jättefin strand vid systerhotellet.

From the moment we arrived and the Staff carried 2 suitcases up the stairs to the lobby, we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is great for a couple of lazy days at the Beach and exploring Phuket. The reception Staff, Kik, Susan and Pupae really went out of their way to provide assistance.

L'hôtel est plus vaste que ce qu'on imagine en consultant les sites de réservation. De plus, il appartient à un groupe dont fait partie le "Cape Panwa Hotel", une navette permet de relier les deux établissements (possible à pied, mais grosse colline à gravir !)

Fantastisk service og fasiliteter. Veldig harde senger. Kort vei til restauranter og lokal shopping. God frokost. Perfekt til familieferie. Godt utstyrt treningsrom med aircondition.

Extremely helpful staff

We had a lovely stay at Kantary Bay Hotel, largely because of the amazing staff who are absolutely outstanding. They genuinely appear to enjoy their work, each other's company and interacting with guests. There were hand shakes and hugs all round when we left and we saw this with many other guests. The area is beautiful and largely free from booming disco beats at night, the food options outside the hotel were reasonable for such a quiet area and the massage options were incredible and very cheap! Having said how much we enjoyed it, the hotel has obvious limits and is very much 4 Star rather than 5. If this matters to you, you might look at the partner hotel on the other side of the steep hill. What is missing from 5 star service is a hotel bar, pool service, and a place where you can be sure of an evening meal in the hotel if you want a quiet night (without booking a day ahead you can't access the Italian restaurant) and a better variety of food at breakfast. The coffee is truly awful and that does matter to us on a holiday. We ended up missing breakfast on many days and walking down to the 7-Eleven where the coffee is really very good and very cheap! I hesitate to share any negatives because it was a lovely stay with a staff who genuinely care. The room was great, the sunsets were amazing, the mangoes were unbelievably gorgeous - the quiet road outside the hotel transforms at night into a market with 20 traders. Amazing place. Recommended.

The best hotel! I’ve stayed here for the 4th time. Great location and amenities! The service from staff is excellent! Definitely coming back!

Very professional, clean and welcoming.

A couple of hickups experienced during check-in were resolved quickly by the hotel manager and his friendly staff. Spacious, clean rooms with mostly beautiful views of the bay. Access to the sister hotel an interesting perk. Property is close to good restaurants. A late afternoon/evening street market was an additional highlight.
