A cheap hotell, Clean, clean swimmingpool, bedroom cleand every day with new towels every day. Friendly staff. Around 1000 meter to beach, but near restaurants and massage😊 Good coffe and breakfast that you have to pay for. And a super good mix smoothie!!

Nice rooms et nice little swimming pool

Hotel on approach is very attractive and presentable. My overall feeling reference to the staff that they couldn’t be bothered with the job or those one smiled and one didn’t they seem to be doing the job as if it was a chore, though there was no welcoming that wanted to encourage me back there There were mixed views reference to smoking. The main bar area had a signup, no smoking. Two other tables had no smoking size which rotated according to how the staff wanted it. People smoked anywhere and everywhere found it totally unattractive and distasteful. I would not recommend this how tell to anyone it is a mile and a quarter from the beach. The beach is fantastic. However, overall our stay was pleasant and we made the most of it and enjoyed our stay in the area.

Arrived at hotel having booked via hotel.com and paid in advance to be told by staff that they did not have our reservation and they had no availability. Showed staff our confirmation email from hotel.com but no change to outcome. When checking on hotel.com it still showed availability for this hotel even when we were talking to staff and they were saying there was no rooms left!!Tried to contact hotel.com via virtual assistant and telephone without success. Had to then try and book another hotel. Now being told that hotel.com are unable to give us a refund for accommodation that we did not stay in ! Be careful paying upfront

Lage an der Hauptstrasse, aber Zimmer nach hinten und ruhig. 900m zum Strand passt, wenig Steigung. Grosser balkon. Einchecken bei verspäteter Ankunft kein Problem weil Restaurant/bar noch offen war

I booked his hotel last minute as a solo traveler and soon realized I made a mistake since it’s kind of a trek from the beach down a really busy street which gets quite noisy throughout the day, and even in the late hours of the night. There is a ton of traffic noise that comes in to the hotel if you’re facing the street. The pool is also hard to enjoy and relax at since the traffic noise is quite annoying. The biggest issue, however, is that the AC was broken and I didn’t realize it until I woke up at midnight covered in sweat. The staff was really friendly though, and took care of me and switched my room. I will say the staff is the one redeeming factor about this hotel. They are super nice and I think if they just had working AC in my room originally I would’ve gave us hotel a four out of five due to the price and staff.

The view balcony pool and the staff are excellent the property is really clean and kept clean whilst we were there It is a long walk from the beach and along a busy road but there are good shops around car hire just 40 metres away with an area to park This is a lovely property to stay and we recommend the owner Kai as a lovely host

Fin och mysig Hotel med promenad avstånd till det mesta. Vi hade ett rum med en stor balkong med utsikt mot bergen. Det är fräscht och rent! Enda minus som jag kan säga är att det tog ovanligt långt tid att checka in och vi fick inte riktigt veta varför. En annan sak att tänka på är att adressen som visas på hotels.com STÄMMER INTE! Jag bifogar ett foto på deras visitkort med den egentliga adress

This hotel is 10-15mins walk from karon beach, karon beach has many activities in and out the water, it is big beach so you can always find a place for sitting and relaxing. My stay was good my room was kept clean, the food was good and it had a very calm and relaxing atmosphere around the bar and pool area.

The hotel was clean, great staff and in a nice location. Not far from the beach and many restaurants close by. I rented a motorbike from the hotel for one day to get around. Patong is 10 minutes away on motorbike I would recommend having 1 night there during your stay, its enough as karon is more relaxed. Rawai is also 15-20 minutes away can go on a boat trips to nearby islands.

My stay was really nice, staff were fantastic and the food here was really good. I ordered the big boy baguette and it was so good. Great massage shop close by called lemon grass, I would defiantly recommend the oil massage. Room was cleaned every day and fresh beach towels provided for us. I only booked for 1 night but ended up staying on an extra 4 nights, will definitely be staying again next time I visit Phuket.
