The place is ok ,rooms large enough and clean.Thats the PLUS side now the other. Wifi basically unusable Stairs a Mountain goat would have trouble getting up unsafe bordering on. Noise starting from building sites either side of Hotel,this will get worse over next 12 months. After using toilet , the paper could not be flushed had to put in bin.Yes no2 paper as well..(or use the clacker washer mounted on wall.No Thankyou.. Served the purpose and right opposite Kathathani Resort where we spent most daylight hours.

The staff was friendly and provided towels to use at the beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The location was great for walking to Kata Noi beach and to many restaurants. I will stay here again next time I visit Phuket!

В целом все хорошо, но персонал обманул меня. Так, за 4 месяца до заезда в отель, я связался с ресепшн по емейл и указал, что мне необходим поздний выезд, на что последние ответили мне согласием и написали, что общая сумма за проживание остаётся такой же. По факту пришлось заплатить за 4 часа стоимость следующих полсуток. Персоналу показывал свой емейл и их ответ, на что они просто подимали плечами. Кроме того, я проживал на вилле, в которой также проживает огромная колония муравьёв (они повсюду в доме). Территория отеля не обрабатывается от комаров, ребенка всего искусали. В целом отель не советую из-за такого отношения со стороны персонала!

We spent 4 nights at Kata Noi Resort. We had a standard room with a king bed and balcony on the first floor. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. However, the sheets/pillow cases were visibly dirty and there was sand within the sheets. This was disappointing and clear that it wasn't properly cleaned before we checked in. The rest of the room was in good condition and the bathroom was spacious. Having a balcony was nice as well. The hotel itself is situated across the street from a 5-star resort that owns the entire beach. The resort allows Kata Noi guests to enter as long as you sign into a book with the security guard. This is the best aspect of staying at this hotel. Kata Noi beach is extremely quiet, which is a rarity for this area of Phuket. The pool at the resort is very small and only good for a quick swim. There is a poolside bar, but the drinks are much more expensive than the surrounding restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and accessible during our stay. They even arranged for us to rent motorbikes. I would recommend this hotel to people that are looking for an affordable place to stay that has less amenities than a hotel, but is in a great location.

Die Zimmer waren groß, es gab täglich Wasser und kaffepulver. Täglich frische Handtücher und strandtücher. Die Reinigung des Bades hätte besser sein können.

location d'une villa de deux chambres pour 4 personnes situé en à 3 min à pieds de la plage, moins en passant par le lobby de l'hotel principal jouxtant la plage. le personnel n'est pas bilingue. proximité de restaurant et commerce.

Overall hotel was clean. Just a few minutes walk to Kata Noi resort. Breakfast offering restaurant no much. A problem from the air cond and need change room. Another room with a bit better cool temperature but still not good and a notice mentioned if you adjust below 25C it will freeze so I just leave it unchanged. 2nd room water was weak. Overall staff was friendly and enjoy staying here.

Kara Not Resort is extremely well cared for, perfectly clean and comfortable. It seems new. Staff were all most helpful. And, although not right on the beach (1 block walk), it is good value. The area is quiet, best suited for couples or family.

Although we stayed in apartment building, we do not have kitchen, range, etc. Meals used restaurants and convenience stores along the street. About 15 minutes on foot to Kata beach, that massage etc is cheap there. There is a feeling of cleanliness in the room, a large balcony is open, there is an ashtray, and smoking can be done only in the open air. Cleaning is done every day, mineral water 1 day / 1 person per person, with replenishment of coffee kind and toiletries. Hairdryer was rented at reception.

Hotel plutôt sympa pour un séjour calme et reposant. Personnel adorable.

Upon arriving we were greeted by the friendly staff. They showed us to our room. It was relatively clean and had a balcony. The air con worked okay but not great. The bed was hard, like most beds in Thailand. We slept alright. The best feature of this hotel is that it is literally 5 mins walk to the beach! And it is a clean beach. When we were there not too many people. This hotel also has a swimming pool and bar. We didn't use either of them but I saw others using it. I didn't see an elevator we only used the stairs. Overall, this is a basic hotel that is close to the beach. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Good service and location across street from beach but bed mattress was hard and shower head could not be adjusted.
