Location is very good. My staying was pretty much satisfied.

not valuable for the money

Its location was excellent. Beach, shopping mall, restaurants, food court are within short walking distance. But hotel itself is not good. The facility is worn down, rooms are small. Hotel front lady was rude. Never seen smiling. Most hotel staff members are not there to help guests but just be there without smiling. Very awkward experience.

It was ok. Just Hua hin was disappointing.. Jelly fish... Can't enjoy the sea... Nice staffs, very good breakfast, close to beach. There were ants in the room and the swimming pool wasn't so good. Too shallow..

호텔 자체는 괜찮은데 방 세개중 두개에 개미가 잔뜩 나와서 프론트에 전화를 해야 했음. 수영장은 얕고 실망. 수영장 주변 하수구가 없어서 좀 찝찝함. 수영후 침을 밖에 뱉으면 그 물이 도로 들어옴. 근데 후아린 자체가 ㅠ 바다가 괜찮은데 해파리가 출몰하는듯함 ㅠ 해변서 죽은 시체를 봄 ㅠ 바다에 잠깐 노는데 발에 큰 해파리가 치여서 깜짝 놀라. 죽은곤지 산건진 모르겠지만 다행히 쏘이진 않음. 현지인한테도 물어보니 바다에 좀 있다고함 ㅠ 불안해서 바다서 잘 못놈 ㅠ 하아 ... 아침은 매우 만족.

Think it's little bit overrated... Maybe 7.5 is right point. The staffs are nice but there were so many ants in the rooms... We needed to call to front in the middle of night becuz there were so many ants crawling over our beds... I know there are many ants in Thailand but this price hotel should able to handle to not them to come to room and bed. Breakfast was good but swiming pool wasn't good. The picture looks better. 2nd floor pool, the water was too cold even thou during day time and too shallow to enjoy it and the 4th floor one was too small and shallow also. And there were not many drains around the pool so the water flooded & spilt one kept coming becoming back to pool. Overall i was a bit disappointed.. And they don't have private beach. It's 5min walk to the beach and there were jellyfishes in the sea and i saw the dead one on the beach so i didn't want to go inside... Even i asked to local on the beach and they said there are... It wasn't rainy day or something. It was dry season in december... Think they are there all year around.. :-(

I will start with a good thing that the location is great, opposite to a Mall which also has Lotus in it. It’s also very close to beach like few minutes walk. However, the room is old and not upkeep. Peeling paint and so on. The room itself was very clean, however, we found roach outside our room. There are self parking behind hotel. We got city view so it’s right on the street and the noise is pretty load in the evening and early morning. There was also some maintenance going on which cause noises as well.

The bathroom tub has some molds and the tub is very tall so it’s hard to get in and out.

This hotel is an absolute gem of a place. Booked the room with pool access. Room was lovely and clean. The staff were amazing always having a smile on their faces and were always helpful. The breakfast buffet was always fresh. With the beach and Market Village shopping centre a mere 5 min walk

The WiFi was very poor which was very disappointing and not typical of Thailand. Good location - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Staff was good and building was clean.

Loved the poolside room. Buffet was tasty. Good omelet bar.

When i first arrived I waited almost 10mins to xheck in because there was only 1 person there at the time taking care of 1 customer, also i had to wait almost 5 mins to receive my charge back, didn't have a register at the desk. The room was nice, except the shower door was had to open. When i tried the tv at night, only 8 channels were working at it was static. The pool looked beautiful till later when the pool collected trash near the edge of the pooli, so it wasn't a good idea to jump into the pool where we stayed so i went in a different way. And last the breakfast was very good, good selection of food and fruits.

スタッフの対応は、最高。 設備ですがシャワーの配管に不備が有り水漏れを修理依頼したがきちんと治らなかった。

Kaikin puolin hyvä hotelli, palvelu hyvä, siisti ja kattoallas oli meillä joka päivä käytössä. Ovien äänieristys on huono.
