//Good// 1. 깨끗함 2. 수영장 뷰 좋음 3. 타운까지 무료셔틀 편리함 4. 직원들 친절함 5. 주변이 매우 매우 조용함 //Bad// 1. 공항 픽업 요청메일을 보냈으나 몇일이 지나도 답이 없음. 전화하니 담당자가 처리후 연락준다함. 다음날 호텔측에서 메일로 접수되었다고함. 공항에서 픽업 기다림 하지만 안옴. 전화하니 내가 확인메일 안보냈다고 함. 메일 다시 접속해보니 도착 바로전날 호텔에서 내게 메일보냄. 그 시간에 난 비행중이었음. 결론적으로 픽업못쓰고 밴으로 호텔로 이동함. 이부분 매우 불만족 2.조식 식당 좌석이 매우 적음. 자리날때까지 20분 정도 대기함. 3. 이슬람식 조식은 권하지 않음. 돼지고기 소고기 빼면 먹을 음식이 닭고기와 채식 뿐임 4. 주변에 아무것도 없음. 정말 아무것도 없음. 5. 호텔 건너편 식당도 할랄식임. 그리고 에어컨 없음. 매우 더움 전반적으로 깔끔한것 좋아하시거나 조용한 휴식을 원하시면 추천함. 그 외는 비추천

Kind of lame bathroom, otherwise clean and good. Not great breakfast but that seems to be the case in Thai hotels in general

It’s fine if you’re just stopping through for a night but I wouldn’t recommend as a vacation spot. It’s pretty inconvenient from the town and not somewhere where you want to spend time at the hotel. No alcohol on the premises. We also had a ton of mosquitos in our room when we got there and got several bites while sleeping. One plus is they offer a cheap shuttle to the pier so it’s a convenient stop if you’re heading to phi phi. Also, the staff was really kind and helpful so these comments are more for the owners than the employees who work there.

The staff were polite and helpful. But it isn’t up what I would expect from a four star resort. The TV had multiple channels, but had Thai, Japanese, French, Italian and Arabic language channels- not one in English. And the breakfast, I’m sorry to say was almost inedible to a westerner, it was totally Halal, which is fine, but it was a limited selection, the only warm (nothing hot) food was toast you made yourself or salty baked beans, otherwise the food was partly cooked or just plain cold. Oh and the dead cockroaches in the bathroom in the restaurant didn’t cheer my wife up at all.

Breakfast in open area which was very hot. Although they gave air condition they didn’t operate them!! It is quite far from center so for any service like, change, food, market you need to take a taxi

Fint og pænt hotel. Vi havde en enkelt overnatning inden vi skulle videre. Personalet er søde og imødekommende og værelserne var store og rene. Fint pool område og gode fitness faciliteter. Morgenmaden var knap så god, men fint for en enkel dag.

A good place for an overnight stop before going to Phi Phi. The hotel is in a quiet area with not much around, although there is a nice restaurant opposite and a small village within walking distance. A shuttle bus can take you into town to visit the night market for a small fee. The breakfast was okay. We never used the pool but it looked okay too. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the girl on reception.

Very nice receptionist and lovely. Nice hotel and liked the idea of no alcohol. Nice pool and gym, I recomend.

The location was close to the river and shuttle busses offered into Krabi centre. Our room smelt a little damp and the service was fine but wasn’t above and beyond. Not a bad spot if your using as a stop over on the way to somewhere else

Vid bokningstillfället uppfattade vi aldrig att detta var ett halalhotell... Maten är inget vidare och det är alkoholförbud vilket heller inte framgick.Frukosten är jättedålig, mycket dåligt utbud. Poolen är godkänd med viss reservation.... (området omkring är fullt med fimpar mm) vi har i flera dagar fått tjata till oss handdukar, vilket brukar ta drygt 2 timmar innan de kommer. Om denna information hade framkommit på bokningssidan, så hade vi utan tvekan valt ett annat hotell. Detta hotellet kommer jag aldrig att rekommendera
