소파가 더러운거 빼고는 다 괜찮았어요. 커버를 씌워서 매일 갈아주면 좋았을텐데. 침대도 크고 객실도 넓었어요. 직원들도 다 친절했구요. 엘레베이터가 없고 계단이 있는데 체크인할 때는 짐을 다 들어주셔서 편했는데 체크아웃할땐 너무 힘들었어요.. 일정이 거의 물놀이라 수영장은 이용 안했는데 꽤 괜찮아 보였어요. 번화가가 가까이 있어서 돌아다니기엔 편했구요, 호텔안은 조용햇어요. 하지만 4명이서 한방에 묵으려니 태국치곤 비쌋던 방이였어요.......ㅠㅠ 2명씩 2룸이면 반값이던데 가격차이가 좀 심했어요.

한마디로 최고 !!!비성수기여서 그런지 3만원대로 방갈로에서 잤는데 위치도 최고 서비스도 최고 하지만 방갈로는 와이파이 안됨

직원 모두 매우 예의바르고 친절합니다. 객실 출입문에 모기장이 설치되어 매우 편리하고 위생적입니다. 객실의 크기도 충분히 넓어서 편안함과 안락함을 느낄 수 있습니다. All staffs are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Because of the mosquito nets placed at the front door of the room, the room is very hygienic and comfortable. The room is quite large enough to feel cozy.

여지껏 다녀본 호텔중에 최악이었습니다. 호텔 서비스가 이런 곳은 첨 봅니다. 공항에 픽업도 안하러 오고 욕실에 물은 안 빠지고 에어컨은 25도 정도에서 더 내려가지도 않고 타올은 갖다 달라고 이틀이나 얘기한 끝에 갖다 주는 등 다시는 머물고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다. 위치는 해변에서도 가깝고 시내에서도 가까워 매우 좋았으나 그 외에 나머진 모두 안 좋았습니다. 휴가를 가시고자 하시는 분들은 이 호텔은 절대 선택하지 않으시길 바랍니다.

Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly staff, spectacular views from our rooms and pool. Very well located for evenings out and for strolls to the beach.

We initially booked a standard room without the sea view, which was located towards the bottom of the resort. Unfortunately, the room felt extremely old and run down. It looked nothing like the photos and honestly felt quite unpleasant — we were already looking at options to move out because it felt so dated and unclean. We decided to pay extra to upgrade to a sea view room higher up the resort, and the difference was unbelievable. The upgraded room felt much more modern, clean, and luxurious, and the view was great. It’s hard to understand how two rooms in the same hotel can feel so completely different. If you plan to stay here, I would strongly recommend booking one of the higher sea view rooms.

We stayed at 3 resorts on our 2 week stay in Thailand and this place just didn’t compare. Even though the place was not perfect the staff were not friendly or attentive. They did not clean the rooms only replaced towels and left them on the bed. We did not eat at the resort , the restaurant was always empty. The location was good for walk ability and the view was amazing.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Thailand and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception felt empty and unwelcoming. The staff were just sitting behind the desk with no greeting or explanation. Instead of properly introducing the hotel or its facilities, they simply handed us a piece of paper with information and that was it. No warmth, no hospitality. The hotel itself does not look like the pictures they advertise. It feels outdated, short-staffed, and poorly maintained — almost like it’s slowly being abandoned. There’s a clear lack of maintenance and attention to detail throughout the property. The room had a nice view, which was honestly the only positive aspect of the stay. However, the room was very dark and had an unpleasant smell. For the price they charge, the quality is completely out of range. The pool area was another disappointment. The beach chairs were old and not the same as the ones shown in their promotional photos. The facilities in general felt dirty and neglected. After staying at Hotel Adam in Krabi, this felt like going from heaven to hell. The difference in service, quality, and atmosphere was huge. Overall, it feels like the hotel is dying and management simply doesn’t care anymore. Do not fall into the trap.

O hotel é uma vila bem localizada e com bastante natureza em volta, o que deixa tudo mais calmo, com diferentes cantos de passaros e até esquilos. Há carros de transporte para auxiliar os hospedes cujo apartamento é mais afastado da recepção. O quarto é amplo e limpo. A piscina com borda infinita tem uma bela vista. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Den Shuttleservice haben wir besonders geschätzt. Die Badetücher wollten wir aus Umweltgründen nicht täglich wechseln lassen, wurden jedoch trotzdem jeden Tag mitgenommen und teilweise nicht ersetzt. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel empfehlen: sehr gute Lage, Strand fussläufig erreichbar und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die direkt im Hotel buchbar sind.

Room was good. Pools nice. Had some issues with people trying to get into room in middle of night
