The location is a 10/10 and staff here also 10/10!! I wish I could remember all the peoples names that were so wonderful but Sophia at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming and Yee at the pool was also so sweet they both made us feel very welcome and special. Thank you!! The hotel itself is small and yes very loud at night but they do provide you with ear plugs!! We knew what we were getting into when we booked it so no complaints from us! We really loved all the music and the vibe is very youthful!! I do wish they had some lawn chairs for people staying at the hotel other than the few beds they offer along the beach that you have to reserve 24 hours in advance! But I do have to say the day we found that out and didn’t have a reservation they found us somewhere to be for the day! The breakfast, lunch and drinks wetr all delicious!!

Other than Sophie at the front desk who was a jewel. The experience was very poor. The pounding music is played at night club level from 11:00 am until 3:00 am every day. The front of the hotel is on the Main Street so is very loud until 4:00 am every day. So you can’t get away from the noise. I booked a cab to the airport through the hotel it was 1250 bht only to find out 5 minutes later it should have been 600 yo 800 bht. They refused to cancel my cab and refund the money saying it was hotel policy. The good things are the room was fine and the location is very busy but excellent. I

First of all, it’s important to say that the service is excellent, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. However, it’s important to know that this is a beach club with ear-splitting music from 11:30 in the morning until 4:00 in the early morning. And it’s awful.

Basic room, rude staff and banging monotonous music does not stop until 4.45 am, hotel is a walk way to the beach for anybody, pool filthy colour, would not recommend this hotel to anyone to stay -look for alternative unless you only want to sleep between 5am to 9am

Staff was great. Food & drinks were great. From check-in, to pool/bar service, Kudo was a great hotel. If looking for quiet, look elsewhere. Music stays going from 11am to 4am. Room was a 2 bedroom suite facing Patong city. Rooms were quiet but if wanting to face beach views, good luck with music & noise until 4am. Clean, comfortable; only complaint would be the couch in room. Would’ve been good to have something a bit nicer to sit on after all day by the pool & beach. Otherwise great stay

Personalet var ikke særligt venlige, og startede med at give mig et dårligt værelse. Så fik jeg et værelse der var okay. Men stedet er også en club som spiller utroligt høj musik fra klokken 12 til 04 som gør at det ikke er muligt at sove i værelset i den periode. Et sted jeg helt sikkert aldrig kommer tilbage til.

Rummet var nytt och frächt. Tyvärr vette det mot en extremt trafikerad och bullrig gata med trafik hela natten. Dessutom hade hotellet en beachclub som spelade mycket hög musik till klockan 4 på morgonen. I vår bokning hade vi önskat att få ett tyst rum vilket uppenbarligen nonchalerats.

The hotel is nice enough and staff are very friendly. However, the hotel does not have a spa as advertised and the fitness centre air conditioning does not work and therefore unuseable. Additionally, the shower did have substantial mould and the water pressure/temperature was constantly fluctating. The central location in Patong is great, but you wont get a wink of sleep until 4 am due the noise of the town. It really needs triple glazing. The food/drink options is also really good, but I think this place doesnt really understand what its market is. You cant be "upper class" and have sheesha and weed smoking everyone else out of the place. It doesn't go hand in hand.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Despite being in an area with many tourist attractions, noise doesn't penetrate into the room. The pool water is a very pleasant temperature. The hotel has an excellent security. For me the AC, bathroom and bed were maximum.

Hot water was an issue, also when booking a suite they should include a day bed by the pool instead of the up charge. Other than that great location, great staff will go again and hope I don’t get more cold showers.
