Room was great

I read some bad reviews before I went so was a little apprehensive but couldnt fault it. there is no lift and I was on top floor but the guy working there carried my case for me and when leaving he heard me struggling and came to carry it down too! the staff on the desk were so lovely, and I'd left my hairdryer in the room after checking it but I'd used the luggage storage and they put a note on my case to tell me I'd left it! Even though I'd put it in the bin. Luggage storage is free to use but not a super secure system, so I just wouldn't leave valuables. I only used the cafe for a drink but no issues. Only thing that was more of an annoyance was that there were no plugs near the bathroom/ mirrors. only by the beds so just made it awkward doing my hair but not a big issue and nothing they were at fault for. also as its tucked away behind the shops, there wasn't really much noise from khao san road at all! which i was shocked at, great central location

The rooms are Very Old and so are the linens. Very uncomfortable bed linens as they are old and worn. Property definitely needs a refresh or complete renovation. Location is great. Bonus that the hotel is tucked in away from the road, so it is quiet.

場所は寺裏と呼ばれている遊びに行くにはとても便利だけど少し落ち着いたエリア。 とても清潔でスタッフの方々も親切でした。 チェックアウト後もシャワーを使わせていただけとてもありがたかったです。

Un super séjour grâce à une équipe au top ! L'ambiance est familliale et amicale, tout le monde échange. Les chambres sont grandes propres et les lits confortables. Pouvoir louer un scooter pour la journée est un plus. Une très bonne auberge, je recommande vivement.

Courteous staff, easy check-in, clean rooms. The communal area/garden and restaurant is a huge draw here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at an affordable price. Great value for money!

Staff is very helpful. Amenities are very good. Bed and AC were awesome. Toilets n Bathrooms were clean. Rooms are good size. So definitely a great backpacking location in Kahosan Near Phra Athit for blue boats on the river.

Lamphu was set back from the main road down an alleyway that opened up to a lush garden area and the dining area. The place was a little like a hostel, but had a wide range of age groups staying there. I don't know if there were any shared rooms as the place was very large with four floors. The room was basic, but clean. The AC worked great and was a relief after the heat and humidity of the city. The bathroom is a wet bathroom and the floors can get very slippery. The location was very good, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops around. There was a money exchange at the end of the road that had pretty good rates. The breakfast was good, but we did not have any other meals while there. It was a quick walk to Khao San road and to many other attractions. Some of the rooms have balconies, but ours did not. When it rains, the frogs behind the hotel go crazy. At first it drove me a little crazy, but I got used to it. I missed it a little when it didn't rain. All in all it was a good place for the price and location.

La struttura non rappresenta assolutamente le foto sul sito, attraverso le luci sono riusciti a rendere l hotel bello, wuando in realta si trova in una zona brutta, con cattivi odori, e sia l esterno che la nostra camera erano completamemte differenti rispetto alle foto mostrate,non lo consiglio

What i like was a real wooden bed with full mattress looked charming What was sad was totally different bed comfortable but room very small we okay for 1 day but be tough too long

We had an enjoyable stay at Lamphu House! The AC worked very well, which we were very thankful for in Bangkok. Location is great: the hostel is on a tourist street with lots of street vendors and great restaurants and within walking distance to the Grand Palace. Only 2 things preventing a 5 star review: 1.) walking up 3 flights of stairs to our room and 2.) our bed was very very hard. Otherwise, a nice stay! :)

Surprisingly quiet. Good night of sleep right in the middle of everything.

Excellent location and friendly helpful staff. Right in the heart of it yet guesthouse was quiet. Good selection for breakfast. Had great 2 night stay. Thank you
