Très jolie bungalow. Hélas l'eau de la douche n'est qu'un filet de quelques gouttes d'eau. Bien situé et gentil personnel. Belle piscine et plage très agréable.

A/c bungallow. A bit worn but ac, pool,location near the beach all made good value.

Staff were helpful, good location, 5mins walk to the beach, 15mins walk to a Muay Thai camp if that interests you

So, first off, this was good value for money. If I had to do it again though I think I’d choose somewhere else, purely because I found the heat and humidity in the room without air-conditioning almost intolerable (and the AC room I saw here was a bit of a goldfish bowl by the pool you’d need to keep the curtains closed on). The fan we had wasn’t powerful enough to cut it in the 35 degree plus weather, especially with the synthetic bed sheet. Also, room needed another light by the dresser and mirror. It was clean though. Although they didn’t tell us we needed to put a sign out to request housekeeping, even after the first time it happened, so we didn’t know any better the following day! The daal and ‘naan’ bread (more like fried roti) on their Indian menu is amazing and the pool is decent. Also, the place is a great location and has scooters for hire. Fairly good breakfast - if you like eggs (prompt and hot - unlike some other places we stayed in). Go for the fruit plate option rather than the juice (v. basic apple juice vs plate of fresh pineapple, banana and watermelon) though! Customer service could do with a bit of tweaking - on one occasion the lady started to serve me, then abandoned me for 5-10 mins when someone new showed up to check in. Overall though, friendly enough.

Well frist thing was the bunglow i was give had a broken fan,and the table was broken there was no water pressure in the shower so asked to change room but they said they where full.they did give me a new stand fan which was better then broken roof fan.they treid to fix table also.i had no choice but stay it was unrefundable they said. But after a few things got shorted it was fine but won't stay there again. Have great pool and right beside beach. Close to bars and resturants and other beach bars. If you decide to stay here i would recommend the a/c bunglows they looked nice.as i said they have a great pool nice lay out but stay in A/C bunglows.

My stay was perfect! It was exactly what I expected it was going to be. Great service. My bungalow and restaurant were clean. Pool was fantastic. 7/11 and the beach were a quick walk. No complaints at all. I’ll return and stay there again.

Check-in was a bit of an effort and stay extension was more expensive in person than via hotels.com so in the end I extended on my phone standing at reception. Room was fine; cheap and cheerful with a fair amount of room. There are mosquitos blindes on the windows in the main room but not in the bathroom but there is a net over the bed. Room was rather dark. Local area was quite dead but that's what i was hoping for.

Lanta Sunny House is a comfortable, budget friendly, quiet place to stay in a great location. It's a 2 min stroll to the beach and Dive and Relax diving school and plenty of restaurants as the hotel is located between the beach and the road. The bungalows are basic but clean and comfortable. Downside, Shower pressure needs to be improved from a drip! And the staff are difficult to communicate with and unhelpful. But if you can look past this, excellent place to stay. Pool is gorgeous and relief from the heat!

Stayed in their basic ac room. Very comfortable and great service. Close to the beach and restaurants, bars and shops.

Bra bungalow nära stranden. Lite lyhört men trevlig tillmötes gående personal.

Bra hotell i budgetklassen, vi hade en liten bungalow med fläkt men det passade oss bra, finns med AC också. Det blir lite mygg framåt kvällen men med myggnätet ovan sängen så var det inga problem. 100m till en fin strand med några restauranger. Poolområdet var väldigt fint.

l'accueil n'est pas aussi chaleureux que ce que l'on trouve en général en Thaïlande mais l'établissement est bien (notamment la piscine) et bien situé (plage parfaite, restaurants à petits prix, superette, bars). Nous aurions apprécié avoir plus de rangements dans le bungalow et pouvoir disposer d'un réfrigérateur dans les bungalows sans air conditionné.

Booked 4 months in advance for peak season of January partly based on reviews, arrived and found bungalow (with fan) to be very smelly (basic trickling shower over toilet with wooden boards), basic (no fridge) and hot...so was able to upgrade to air conditioned bungalow the next night but then got stung for full peak rates so lost all savings from booking in advance. A/C bungalow was better, with fridge and shower seperate from toilet...but comparing around the area we could have got much better for what we paid (over 2,000 bhat per night). Owners did communicate but were not friendly, hard to get a smile out of them...could be better with some more effort
