좋은 날씨와 매우 친절한 서비스에 너무나 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 직원분들이 욕 사항에 대해 적극적으로 대응해주어 굉장히 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 올 인클루시브와 만족스러운 식사, 야경과 스파 서비스도 굉장히 좋습니다. 다시 가고 싶습니다.

너무 어수선합니다. 호텔내 서비스가 일정하지 않습니다. 재방문의사없습니다. 주변 편의시설이 없어서 불편합니다.

Lovely stay at le Meridien. Friendly staff and good service

We had a great overall experience during our stay. We were given the opportunity to upgrade to a beautiful pool villa, which was absolutely lovely and made our holiday feel extra special. Unfortunately, the villa wasn’t available for the entire stay, so for the last three nights we had to move to a different room. This part was a bit less enjoyable, as the new room had a strong smell of mold and felt quite damp. However, the staff did everything they could to help resolve the issue and kindly offered us alternative room options. Their dedication and service were truly outstanding throughout our stay. Despite the inconvenience, we left with a very positive impression – thanks to the excellent service and the wonderful days we spent in the pool villa.

Vi opgraderede til en villa med egen pool. De indvendige forhold var fine og sengen var dejlig og stor. To forskellige hovedpuder at vælge mellem. Dejligt stort badeværelse med badekar. Hotellet er 8 år gammelt, men ser lidt slidt ud. Juli er måske ikke det bedste tidspunkt at besøge dette område. Der er en stærk vind, der skaber mange bølger. Rigtig lækker morgenmadsbuffet med mulighed for frisklavet omelet eller æg.

Amazing resort, clean, well kept and excellent service. The pictures and description of the room and the resort was living up to the expectation. We found the food and drinks included in the all inclusive package great and tasty. We were a family of 6 visiting and stayed in two of the larger pool access rooms which we found very nice. A special thanks to Dan and The Beach Grill team as well as Top providing excellent service and a fun time in the activity lounge. Thanks to Karla also for the excellent evening dinner hosting at the Nest. We will definitively come back again and recommend this resort warmly to anyone considering it.

We stayed two nights at the Le Meridian and it was great. The staff were excellent and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort is excellent value and right on the beach. A special mention to the fabulous staff at kids club.

Top pour les familles avec des enfants grâce au kids club, beaucoup d'activité pour les enfants et le personnel attentionné. Service au restaurant The Nest déplorable, l'hôte nous demande tous les matins ce que l'on souhaite en boisson mais ne nous les apporte jamais ! Ils font juste de la politesse en surface. La plupart des cuisiniers ne parlent pas anglais, difficile d'émettre notre commande ... Les serveurs ne sont pas du tout réactif, ils nous disent "oui" à notre demande mais ne viennent jamais ! On doit se débrouiller tout seul.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort.

This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed out. The hotel itself was well laid out and clean, the pools were plentiful with spare loungers most of the day, kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was exceptional, it even beat some of the all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Mexico! Rooms were amazing, very large with the most amazing shower and bath. Water replenished daily (we weren’t all inclusive) beach was beautiful and sea was amazingly warm and great to swim in. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure we had a breakfast bag before left early one day. Lots of spaces to chill out across the resort. If I had

Ett mycket bra hotell men tyvärr är personalen sämre på engelska än vissa thailändare som serverar på strandrestaurangerna. Strandrestaurangerna är bra men det finns bara ett litet utbud av restauranger för övrigt runt hotellet. Det långa sandstranden är ett utmärkt promenadstråk varje morgon. Man höll ett infiskt bröllop på hotellet när vi var dår och det var en intressant upplevelse.
