Great location at Sunrise beach

Initially, I made the error of booking a room without A/C. I thought I would be okay with the fan and open windows, since the temperatures at night on the beach is usually in 70s. I've slept comfortably at other beach bungalows that were much less expensive with no issues. However, the windows in the room here DO NOT have screens, and there is a sign that says to keep the windows locked at all times, even while in the room, because of theft. This creates a terrible sleep environment. It was too hot, stuffy, and too many mosquitos. I was able to upgrade to a room with window locks and AC, but I had to pay a rather high upcharge. While this made the stay much more comfortable, overall I'd pass on this resort next time I am in Loh Lipe. I'd opt to just pay slightly more for a true luxury experience. Breakfast was excellent, the beach and location is unreal and the staff are very nice. The only issue is the theft, lack of screens and issues with the windows. If that somehow got fixed this place would still be overpriced but better. 5/10.

Le resort est situé sur la plus belle plage de l'ile , avec une très grand plage ombragée devant , le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix avec du café expresso

Great part of the beach, 200mm to zodiac and then north point. Def recommend staying on sunrise. Beachfront bungalow was great comfortable bed and nice amenities. Staff super friendly and the beach massage staff are excellent

Quiet location

Leider habe ich beim buchen nicht darauf geachtet das nur ein Ventilator vorhanden ist. Für ein Bungalow mit Klima in der selben Reihe sollte ich 500€ mehr zahlen. Viel zu viel. Kein Fön , keine strandtücher und keine Ablage für die Kleidung. Dann wurde vor Einbrüchen gewarnt, ich bin nach einer Nacht ins andere Hotel. Anbindung an die Walking street nur mit Taxi. Für allein Reisende wie mich leider nicht schön. Die direkte Lage am Strand war super. Das Personal an der Bar war nicht wirklich freundlich. Erst kam das Essen und gefühlt eine halbe stunde später dann mein bestelltes Getränk.

Utrolig fin strand. God mat på restaurant. Frokost var fra en meny og ble litt kjedelig utover uken, måtte betale ekstra for ost osv. Vi hadde beach front bungalow. Likte rommet veldig godt og balkongen. Eneste minuset totalt sett er at badene har åpne tak og gulv så det kommer inn kakkelakker og mygg.

Traumhafte und Tolle Lage der Unterkunft, saubere Zimmer jedoch ohne Klimaanlage kaum bewohnbar. Das Personal bei der Ankunft war sehr nett auch das Bar Personal war sehr freundlich. Allerdings schien Personal beim Frühstück sehr unmotiviert zu sein, auch die Wartezeiten waren sehr lange (30-40min für ein Rührei bsp)

Fantastisk ophold, hytte ved stranden, pænt og rent- alt så perfekt !! Stille side af øen, ingen problemer med larmende Long tail både ( lavvande indtil 930) Hyggelig morgenmads restaurant, skøn strand, mulighed for snorkling!!

Amazing place to stay - great location, great team, great space!!

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, colazione varia e abbondante (bevande e frutta free refill), si trova secondo me sul punto più carino dell'isola, spiaggia con ombra di bellissimi alberi. Due bottigliette d'acqua ogni giorno. Suggerirei solo zanzariere alle finestre (oltre a quelle già sul letto) visto il gran caldo e le zanzare.

Place was beautiful. Our shower included small lizard visitors during the night also cockroach. But I cant blame the resort because it was in the middle nature. Beach is close and staff is really kind. Beach have a lot of jelly fishes also but its cool to dive there if you are careful

Such an amazing place, cabins were amazing, staff was amazing. I have nothing but great things about this place. Breakfast was great, drinks and food at the elephant restaurant was amazing as well. Definitely book here, you won't regret it. If you want to be by the walking street, its not for you. You have to walk the beach down for about 5 min then cross the resort down an ally to the strip. It was perfect for me, but took a second to find the way.

Lipe Beach resort was away from the crowds. We enjoyed our day’s snorkeling at the beach and relaxing.

As everywhere in Thailand, the garbage is a issue. The hotel is clean but is surrounding is an open bin The service at the hotel is good, but the staff that do not now much English. They really should get free lesson from the hotel ownership and course in food and beverage.

Beautiful beach but quite close to the boat taxis. Breakfast a bit limited. Not enough sunbeds for the number of rooms (6 or so). AC worked well.
