Brace yourself. This is going to be a glowing review, the best I've ever left for a hotel. I have been traveling in Asia for over 30 years and have stayed in all the greats, old and new. But nothing compares to the experience at Madi Paidi, and I don't plan to stay anywhere else in Bangkok in the future - it's that good. The property is new and beautifully designed with exceptional attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas. But what really stands out is the service. Every single member of staff was exceptional, from the front desk to housekeeping to those serving in Ekkaluck, the hotel restaurant. Their attitude, knowledge, friendliness and willingness to go out of the way for every customer exceeded the best I have seen at five-star properties anywhere in the world. They also accommodated our unusual dietary preferences, the chef making special meals for the vegan and gluten-free members of our group. The location is also excellent - a few minutes’ easy walk to Thong Lo station with plenty of nearby eateries and attractions and only a few stops on the BTS from major malls in both directions. If you are considering Madi Paidi, don't hesitate. I was delighted and you will be, too.

My first time in Bangkok and the ENTIRE staff were so nice and welcoming and the food was undoubtedly the best there was. I highly recommend this place and you won’t be upset you did.

Nice hotel, but value for money is not great… Rooms are very nice, but not so big, still acceptable. Breakfast service is inconsistent. I arrived at the dining room at 8:42. The salmon and cold cuts trays were already empty. I waited until 9:15 no one replaced or filled the gaps. Of course, they see that the trays are empty. I think they were trying to save money… Only when I told them, which is half an hour that all trays are empty, they did bring new ones. I ordered watermelon juice in the evening. I have got half a glass and almost all ice. There was no taste for watermelon, and I also saw how they made it with leftover watermelon that they had in the fridge. Of course, I complained, and then another employee made new juice properly. Most of the staff are very nice and friendly. however, I think the service needs to be more consistent. The menu in the restaurant is not varied enough, in my opinion, especially the room service menu; not even a club sandwich, which is very basic in hotels. Prices are very high, for what you get. Ordered caffe latte; it came in a not so big cup, something between warm and cold. It supposed to be hot. It is a basic thing to warm the cup with boiling water, before you pore the coffee into the cup. Almost $6 for a no frills coffee, that comes in a small cup, no plate, no small cookie or a piece of chocolate, like in most hotels… For the price paid, I was expecting a bit more…

It's great overall, excellent service and the entire hotel is well designed.

The property is amazing! The rooms could not be cleaner! To top it off the staff was the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered in a hotel anywhere in the world. They reached out early to facilitate transportation from the airport and worked with me even having a flight that landed at 0030. Highly recommend Maidi Padi to anyone coming Bangkok.

The staff was like no other staff I’ve encountered. They went out of their way to make everyone feel like they were at home. Incredible facility and untouchable service. I will never stay anywhere else in Bangkok.

I recently stayed in Bangkok, and I can't praise the hotel staff enough. They were absolutely attentive, accommodating, and helpful beyond compare. They provided excellent recommendations for local spots, arranged transportation seamlessly, and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Staff are outstanding, though breakfast gets a little busy on occasion. The proximity to Sukhumvit means that there is sometimes a little noise from busy traffic, though not so much as to spoil what is an excellent hotel.

A group of seven friends and I stayed here for about two weeks. The staff became our Thai family, always welcoming and supportive. I got sick during my stay and I was treated like I was at home. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am that we choose the Madi Paidi…

This was a fantastic experience. The customer service was second to none. The autograph collection live up to the hype.

A very good stay for my getaway, hotel is clean and comfy, staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
