매직 빌라 파타야

전반적으로는 10점에서 5.5줍니다 장점 1.전반적인 내부구조는 좋습니다. 단점 1.수영장물이 소독약을 많이 해서그런지 7명다 피부질안(참고로 해변가나 해수욕장 한번도 안감) 2.도착한 첫날부터 씽크대 물이 안내려가서 사용못함 (참고로 수리해주라 의견제시했의나 안되었습니다.) 3.에어컨 청결도 제로(참고로 에어컨청소 따로했습니다.)

체크인,체크아웃 하는데 어려움이 많았어요. 체크인 센타가 어디있는지 몰라서 직원과 통화해서 호텔에서 만나야 하는데 시간약속을 어겨서 늦게야 간신히 체크인 했네요. 이것만 빼면 전체적으로 매우 좋았어요. 추천합니다

Spacious villa and great value for money

The luxurious accommodation offered ample space for a family to relax and enjoy their vacation. Beautifully designed, the villa provided a sense of privacy and tranquility throughout the stay. The amenities were well-maintained and contributed to a comfortable and convenient experience. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and stunning views. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations.

Great place to live and enjoy

Villa à ne pas louer, trop chère pour le standing et les équipements sont médiocres

It was very fun and quiet. We had trouble trying to locate it but called the number and our taxi was able to get there. After that everything eas just perfect. It was a very spacious house and a beautiful pool. We had a lot of fun.

clean and nice pool

I liked the villa, but photos did not represent the villa. Thevilla was clean and in a good postion near the night market, however the pictures on the site do not look like villa. If you wanting a villa with luxury furnishings them this is not the place for you. I would have preferred to stay in a 5 star hotel... for the same cost. However the private pool was good.

The pictures of the property were not updated. The placed looked and smelled terrible. I paid way too much for a “motel 6” experience. I was so disappointed with the property that I left immediately and lost my 500 dollar payment. I had to travel to another property way across town to stay in suitable conditions. I hope this property is taken off of Expedia’s platform.

What you see is not what you get. The house that is in first picure is the "office house" and not the one you rent. Spend a long time at check in with explaining that the house that i belive I booked according to picture was not the house whe got the key for. They explaned that it was a common diskussion with customer but explained that photos was a mix from different houses. Realy disapointed because wanted to spend last days on vaccation during corona time on a luxury house with own pool, so chose more expansive living, but was realy disapointed from check in and whole time. Left house earlyer and booked other house instead. Everything in house was old and in bad condition. Wanted to use jacuzi so started up before bathing to check. It was realy not cleaned and whater become dirty just by starting up waterstreams. Mold and ant in shower. Electricity wire hanging close to pool, broken draine in pool make risk for feat, and more....

บ้านหลังใหญ่ เหมาะกับไปพักกับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัว สิ่งอำนวนความสะดวกถือว่าโอเค ชอบสระน้ำ ห้องน้ำ สะอาด พนักงานต้องรับก็น่ารักมากๆค่ะ

Location is good, 2 minutes to walk to Pratumnak Beach; 20-steps to 7-11 at the street corner. Some restaurants are nearbys, both Thais & Westerns. Maid came everyday to dispose of garbage and tidy the beds. Floor is clean at the beginning but became dirty later without wiping. There are total of 4 rooms in the villa, 3 on the second floor and the other on the ground floor. The one on the ground floor is totally separated from the main building, seems was reconstructed from a garage; a narrow corridor stands between the bedroom and the small washroom. For the upper stairs' room, the biggest one contains a bathroom itself; the other 2 rooms have to share one bathroom. The most important point, we reserved a POOL VILLA aim to have pool fun, but the pool made us big letdown! At the beginning when check-in, the villa staff emphasized we had to becareful of the sharp edge of the pool. The edge and stairs of the pool was paved with very very sharp pebbles. The first day we swam, 2 kids were hurt; while another on the second day. All kids and adults are not willing to get close of the pool. For such a significant problem which is already known, we strongly recommend to keep close of the villa for some day to repair, rather than just reminding guests to pay attention. Villa staffs are quick responsed and helpful.

We found a lot of insects, caterpillars in the rooms. Flies keep biting us during the night, so we can’t sleep well for the whole night...

Nice 3-bedroom villa with large garden and private pool. Very near to the beach. We enjoyed the time on the second floor, as there is a kind of party zone with snooker table, bar furniture and sofas. Absolutely recommended!
