UN bel endroit. Les chambres sont un peu datées mais cela reste très propre et en bon état. Il s'agit d'un hotel en forme de motel on peut garer sa voiture devant sa chambre.Le restaurant est très bien.

Hotel simple mais agréable pour peu que vous veniez en voiture. C'est en fait un motel les chambres sont grandes et bien équipés. Excellent rapport qualité prix

Bien personnel sympa mais un peu plus de serviettes dans la chambre et une bouloire serait apprécié

Everything are perfect, except restaurant is closes due to COVID-19

We used the Martina Hotel as a base to attend the MotoGP. It is a little out of town but we had a hire car so it was no problem. Both our room and bathroom were huge and the bed was really comfortable. A kettle and hairdryer were available on request. We ate in the hotel restaurant a couple of times and it was excellent.....and cheap. The staff were all very helpful and smiley! We would certainly stay at the Martina again.

For the price it was all pretty good apart from the rock solid mattress and terrible pillow.

We stayed for the MotoGP the rooms were clean and tidy as per photos on web staff very nice and helpful English speaking was just enough to get what was needed beds were very firm excellent for the price food and drinks also great prices we would stay again

This is not a hotel It is a motel for people with cars to drive straight up to Shelley, If you don't have A vehicles then it's a long Walk to your Room No staff assistance very poor

This hotel is quite beautiful. Not far from the city center. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. (There is only ONE outlet) I included breakfast with my room. It was great for Thai's. My being from the U.S., something left to be desired. ALL the food was at the same temperature (standard for Thai's). Buffet sitting for a long time. Ordered food, came room temp. One other thing, a great place to sit at night, but couldn't get any decent non-Thai whiskey or ANY mixed drinks. Would I stay there again???? Complementary transportation to the Elephant Festival was very nice of them. A decent value for the price. The staff is 1st rate! 😁👍

Martina hotel. They gave me another room I had seen in the picture and that was the base for the choice of this hotel. After a while, the manager of the hotel was called. Then we went to see, with 6 keys to different rooms. No room looked like the picture. Picture # 1 and 3 are misleading, no rooms have corresponding pictures. There should be micro in the room, they have not been the message I received, only in the dining room was the answer. Two power outlets, lanht from the bed. Lousy lighting. Good clean until I lose something under the bed. How long since it has been washed there I can only guess. It is advertised with a balcony / terrace, where is it? I do not know. I also had breakfast in the hotel accommodation. Came to the breakfast table and refused breakfast. Had to go round with the front desk before I got breakfast. So for what this room costs, much better other hotels in Surin get rid of all the hassle this caused. It took about 1 hour before one was checked, and then in anything else one would expect. The staff were courteous and did everything according to the best opinion.

Quiet place, large room, very clean room and great atmosphere.

Room nice, staff lacking in customer service. Again ants in room second or third time should be dealt with. Food is terrible save your money eat somewhere else.

The staff was only all right. The bikes they wrote in the hotel description as one of the provided services barely functioned. The place itself, though, was quiet, private, and quite nice. It was like a quiet suburban neighborhood. Their floors were all tiles, which got really cold during the night--so that could have been better.

The Hotel was very nice, we did have a problem wit ants on the bed it took about 30 minutes but gave us a new room. The reception staff not especially friendly. If the staff would have been more friendly I would have given the hotel a much better rating. I would recommend the hotel maybe a isolated inscident.
