Not good at all

늦은 밤 비행기를 타고 와서 묵기에 너무 좋아요! 걸어서 5-6분 정도에 위치해있고 찾기도 너무 편했어요 ~ 다만 캐리어를 끌수있는 도로상태가 아니었습니다 숙소전반적으로 깨끗했으나 에머니티가 칫솔조차 갖춰있지 않았고 주변에 세븐일레븐 패밀리마트가 있어 편했고 조식은 간단히나와요 ㅎㅎㅎ

공항근처 호텔(5~10분거리 걸어서) 수영장 이쁨 근데 추워서 수영못함 조식은 soso 가격대비 good 근처 편의점 있음

가는길이 좋지는 않지만(어두움), 도보 6분가량으로 공항에서 매우 가깝다는 점에서 푸켓 도착한 첫날밤 체크인하기가 (거쳐가기가) 좋은 호텔임

공항 근처라 새벽에 도착해 피곤했는데 택시로 3분 거리! 방도 나름 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절

공항에서 걸어서 갈 정도로 가깝습니다 단지 주변에 편의점외에는 마땅히 식사를 할 장소는 없습니다

Pros 1. Unexpected, but great meal 2. Location, Very near to the airport 3. Very Clean Room Cons 1. Service. They are not kind. 2. Service(Important) I did make reservation of airport transfer, but taxi did not come and there were no one at lobby. If the hotel is not close enough to the airport, then I would miss my flight. Can you imagine? DO NOT TRUST HOTEL. Just do it by yourself and use hotel as a sleeping place.

I like that there was one in the front desk most of the time to serve the guest.

Great hotel and excellent location if you are flying in or out of the airport.

The best part of this hotel is that you can literally walk to the airport. There is some great, really affordable dining options on the main drag and it’s only a 10 minute walk to Naiyang beach. Perfect for a place to stay before flying out or if you have a long layover. The room was spacious and very open. Though we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast wasn’t great at all, they have 4 items to order from off a “a la carte” menu and some cereal / yogurt as the “buffet”. They can definitely do better in this area of hospitality, especially considering how well known Thai hotels are for breakfast.

湯船に浸かりたくて湯船付きの部屋にしたけど、お湯の溜める栓が壊れていた。 他はとても良かった。 スタッフの皆さんはみんな親切でフレンドリーで居心地が良かったです。 早朝便とかで一泊するには良いと思います。 周りにレストランやマッサージもたくさんあります。

Excelente hotel very close to the airport clean place to stay , pool amazing the front desk woman in the morning not so friendly but the hotel is amazing super clean

I was not impressed by this hotel for the price paid Access to pool was very difficult from the room and 2 plastic old chairs no table, our drain was blocked, our balcony door would not lock ground floor Breakfast poor Overall a dissapoibtment

The room ac unit was super loud and room was not really clean, mould everywhere, towels were black as.

I booked this hotel expecting a pleasant stay based on photos online from Expedia and also the direct hotel website. Upon arrival this hotel appeared ok in the lobby. The pool area did not live up to the photo standards on the websites and appeared dirty with lots of leaves and general muck in the water, but I proceeded to my room and tried to remain positive. The hallway was the next red flag. It was dirty. I entered our two rooms. (Pool access) One smelled so strongly of mould it was unbearable to be in the room. It was not clean and looked nothing like the photos I had seen online. I am currently pregnant and this was something totally unacceptable for me to be staying in. I also had my 3 year old with me and I was concerned about her being in the dirty pool and the dirty bathroom of the hotel. In the other room I booked there was a filthy towel on the suitcase space that did not belong to us. The toilet and shower looked like they had just been used and were not clean. After 20 minutes we left this property. I was very clear about why we left and that the hotel was not up to standard. We were not supplied a refund on this hotel. I booked a non refundable booking and after Expedia contacted the hotel for a refund as we did not stay and did not receive the service they had advertised (modern clean rooms and a clean spacious pool area) the hotel refused to refund our stay. I find this incredibly dissatisfying and I am very disappointed.

Zuerst das Gute; das Hotel liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Zimmer war gross und modern. Der Strand ist nur etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Nun zu den Problemen; Bei der Ankunft im Zimmer war der Safe geschlossen und musste vom Techniker geöffnet werden. Die Handtücher fehlten. Soweit nur kleine Sachen. Nach 2 Nächten fing es plötzlich um 23Uhr an zu tropfen in WC von der Decke. War wohl ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage. Wir wurden in ein anderes Zimmer gesendet wo der WC Geruch unausstehlich war, der Safe war geschlossen und die Türen im WC und Dusche fehlten. Wir haben das Zimmer abgelehnt. Das Dritte Zimmer hatte eine schöne Aussicht Richtung Westen ins Grüne jedoch diesmal ohne Balkon. Der Safe war wieder zu und diesmal war das Lavabo verstopft. Der Boden war voll Staub, unsere Füsse waren nach 2 Minuten schwarz. Da wir um Mitternacht nicht nochmals umziehen wollten, haben wir den Boden mit Papier aufgenommen und den Safe und das Lavabo am nächsten Tag machen lassen. Dann hatten wir zwei schöne Tage im Hotel. Das Hotel hat Potenzial aber viele Probleme. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfreich. Wir haben gemischte Gefühle aber würden wohl nicht nochmals buchen. Es fühlt sich wie eine Zimmerlotterie an. Vielleicht hat man Glück… Noch was, zum Strand muss mann 200THB Nationalpark Gebühren zahlen zwischen 8-17Uhr
