위치좋고 깨끗하고 서비스 좋고 딱 만족.

매우 훌륭합니다

호텔은 bts나나역에서 대략 걸어서 3-4분정도 가는길이 시끄럽고 좀 더럽다. 그외엔 가격대비좋은데 아침조식은 먹을께없음.

Spacious and clean room, good restaurants, decent gym and pool while room rate is affordable. Location is good as well. Many restaurants, bars coffee shops nearby and only 5min walk to subway station.

객실이 깨끗했고 전체적으로 편안한 분위기. 3일의 짧은 기간이었지만 직원들도 매우 친절했음. 조식은 안먹어서 어떤지 모르겠음. 나나역 도보5분 정도 거리라서 접근성도 좋고, 맘에 들었음. 조용한 주위환경을 찾는 사람에게는 안 맞을 수 있겠지만 그건 개개인 취향이니..수영장 이뻐보였는데 못가본게 아쉬움.

Great hotel, although not the greatest area. We didn’t live the road, as it was littered with scammy tuktuk and taxi drivers. We prefer the parts of Bangkok that feel genuine. The hotel it self was great. Although the pool bar was a bit of a joke. Very few options, and even then they weren’t all available… strange.

Located in the heart of Bangkok close to shopping areas, food outlets, massage centers and live music clubs. The rooms are spacious. The air conditioning was good and the service outstanding. Book with morning breakfast as they have a huge spread which caters to all the taste buds. Room service and house keeping was good. They have a well equipped gym, a children’s play area and a lovely pool Look out for Addison, the friendly face at the concierge. He has a lot of tips and good advise to give you. You can fall back on him for suggestions, tips. He booked a taxi to the airport which was cheaper than the grab taxis. It’s service like this which gives us lasting memories ❤️ In short a happy and fulfilling stay at the Mercure and I recommend it highly

Hotels in Soi 11 are where I usually stay. Most are fairly ok. Mercur hotel has a nice restaurant but what it distinguishes for me, is the value you get. I upgraded my room with Lounge access. It was great. The folks in the privilege lounge are very helpful and attentive. My room was on the same floor which was extremely convenient. I could simply ask anything I want from the staff in the lounge and it would be taken care of. The front lobby is well maintained and clean and staff fairly attentive and with good attitude. I have eaten breakfast there and the buffet is fairly good. Location is perfect if you are into nightlife, close to Nana, and BTS , very convenient with many super nice restaurants and superb bar scene within walking outside the hotel. Of course, price is a little higher than what you expect from Thailand, but you are really paying for the close proximity to the nightlife and convenience. Hotel has a nice pool also for chilling out.

I always love coming back and staying here. This is definitely my go to place in Bangkok. I come to Bangkok six times a year and stay here. The rooms are always very clean spacious. The staff are always very friendly, courteous and professional, and a shout out to my friend Kate at the front desk very nice.

What we found to be the standout, was not the facility or the amenities. What stood out was the people who make this location what it is. Without the dedication, personal attention from the staff, this would just be another hotel unable to stand out. So “hats off” to the entire staff for taking the time to be “human” while being consistently professional.
